Funeral Held in Maragheh for Mother of Sacred Defense Martyr

Maragheh – The mother of martyr Mohammad Mahan, one of the esteemed martyrs of the eight-year Sacred Defense, has passed away and joined her martyred son.

Maragheh - The mother of the martyr "Mohammed Mahan", one of the precious martyrs during the eight years of holy defense, joined her martyred son in Maragheh.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Iglimeh Maleki Motlaq passed away at the age of 85 due to old age. The body of this martyr's mother was buried on Monday in the presence of the people of Maragheh Maragheh in Gulshan Zahra.

This selfless mother was in charge of supporting the women's war during the Holy Defense in Maragheh for eight years. Basiji Shahid Mohammad Mahan was born in 1346 in Maragheh and attained the grace of martyrdom in Majnoon Island in 1362 at the age of 16.

In his will, this honorable martyr emphasized on safeguarding Islamic values, obeying the religious authority, unity and solidarity of the Iranian nation, and supporting the families of martyrs and martyrs, and he has always reminded that the way of martyrs is the way of honor, pride and excellence of Islamic Iran.
