Emphasizing the fundamental role of the family in the formation of children's personality, the Vice President for Women and Family Affairs said: "For the first time in the family, children learn social life, communication with others, and self-sacrifice, and many of the foundations of a child's personality are formed before entering school, in the sense that the responsibility of the child's personality arrangement is not the sole responsibility of the school, and this institution can help to consolidate and strengthen the individual's learning."
