Fatemeh Mohajerani, the spokesperson of the government, while explaining the latest details of the plan to increase the credit of the electronic card, announced that 3 groups are prioritized. According to him, the current credit of one million tomans of Kalaberg is still in place, and at this stage, the process of identifying the beneficiaries of the credit increase is carried out through the self-declaration of the heads of households and the review of economic information.

Ambassador of Arjan-Economic Group: Fatemeh Mohajerani, the spokesperson of the government in today's press conference, while explaining the latest status of the plan to increase the credit of the electronic Kalaberg, said: since the beginning of the implementation of this plan, the president had promised that the credit of the Kalaberg would also increase with the increase in the price of goods. However, the implementation of this promise depends on the identification of stable and non-inflationary sources of finance.

He added: In order to examine the various dimensions of this issue, the Program and Budget Organization, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, conducted the necessary investigations to determine which households are in priority to receive more credit due to their economic conditions and limited resources.

Referring to the prioritization of needy households, the government spokesperson stated: In the first stage, three groups including households covered by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, households covered by the Welfare Organization and similar low-income households have been included in the list of target groups.

According to Mohajerani, among similar households, the three-person household whose monthly income is less than 20 million tomans and does not have a car or residential house in its name is among the groups of interest at this stage.

He emphasized that the identification of the beneficiaries is done with the aim of directing the resources towards the people who are most in need of livelihood support.

Mohajerani explained about the process of registering the information of the beneficiaries: SMS has been sent to the people identified in the first stage so that the heads of the household can register and self-declare the required information by referring to the portal of the smart government services.

Referring to the possible problems of some applicants in entering the system, he said: the information of the households has already been collected and only the head of the household should enter the system; Therefore, other family members do not need to register information separately.

The government spokesperson also added: People who do not have access to a smartphone or are having trouble entering the system, can go to the government service offices to receive guidance and complete the steps related to information registration.

According to the government spokesperson, after the initial information is registered, the provided data will be reviewed and compared with the available information to determine the status of the beneficiaries.

He clarified: Applicants must confirm the correctness of their information, and if they provide incorrect information, according to the announced criteria, it will be possible to recover the paid credit.

Mohajerani emphasized on the continuation of the current credit of Kalaberg and stated: the credit of one million tomans of Kalaberg is still in place and currently, no one has been removed from this plan.

He explained that what is on the agenda now is the review and implementation of the credit increase for the target groups in the first stage, and the expansion of the scope of beneficiaries should be done gradually and based on accurate information.

Referring to the living conditions of different groups of society, the government spokesperson said: The government is aware of the need for more support for some of the retirees and government employees, but the decision to expand the beneficiaries should be made gradually and based on accurate data.

In the end, he emphasized that the goal of the government is to accurately identify needy households, provide stable financial resources and targeted distribution of livelihood support.

The increase of 500,000 tomans in the credit of Kalaberg started in October, but the calculations of the cost of the basket of 11 items of basic goods show that a significant part of the purchase cost is still borne by the household; So that the credit of 1.5 million tomans per person covers only a part of the actual cost of this basket.

Volt announced the new condition for increasing Kalaberg credit for about 40 million people. According to the announcement of the Program and Budget Organization, the heads of applicant households must complete the self-declaration form and register the application in the national window of smart government services.

SMS registration has been started to increase the validity of the electronic invoice to household heads. These text messages are sent by Yaranh-IRI number and by the Subsidy Targeting Organization and ask the applicants to refer to the National Smart Services Window System to register their application.
