The head of the Atomic Energy Organization emphasized in the commemoration ceremony of the National Standard Day that Iran is on par with developed countries in nuclear science and technology, and the pressure of foreigners cannot distort the country's scientific power.
Ambassador of Arjan-Political Group: Mohammad Eslami, Vice President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, in the commemoration ceremony of the National Standard Day, pointed out the scientific capacities and creativity of Iranian youth and emphasized that the Iranian nation deserves to achieve the first place in science and technology in the world.
Referring to the advanced position of the country in the field of nuclear science and technology, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization stated: "In nuclear science and technology, we are on par with developed countries, and opposition to Iran's possession of this technology does not change the reality of the country's scientific ability." Excuses around nuclear issues are just a tool to counter Iran's progress.
Eslami further pointed to the recent attacks on the country's industrial and refinery infrastructure and added: the enemies targeted parts of industries that were in charge of controlling industrial processes and instruments based on nuclear technology in order to cause disruption. However, the Atomic Energy Organization has been able to localize this sanctioned equipment according to the current world standards and provide it to various industries.
Pointing out that the average age of specialists in this field is about 35 years, he called the role of youth in the realization of nuclear achievements very key.
In another part of his speech, the Vice President listed compliance with standards and quality as the basic elements of the Atomic Energy Organization's activities and emphasized that the standard should not be limited to goods and services, but should include all processes and functions.
It should be mentioned that the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran was introduced as the top executive body in the period of 1404-1405 due to its effective participation in standardization and was honored by the head of the National Standards Organization.
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization criticized America's dual approach to nuclear technology and announced: Why does America consider nuclear technology permissible for itself and prohibited for Iran? He continued: In addition to nuclear facilities, recent attacks have also targeted Iran's radiation centers, petrochemical industries, and research centers.
Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization, said during his visit to the Abadan Oil Refining Company: Iran's Atomic Energy Organization has technologies such as the production of precise instruments produced in the nuclear industry, and these technologies are used not only in this industry but also in other sensitive industries of the country, such as oil, gas and petrochemicals, for measurement and control.
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization said that despite the sanctions, threats and attacks against the nuclear industry, Iran has been able to continue the path of progress in the field of health and radiopharmaceuticals.
