Monday Night Football Offers a Potential Super Bowl Preview as Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills Face the Rams' Upgraded Defense at Home

Nick Wright, Chris Broussard and Kevin Wilds preview matchups between the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams, as well as the New England Patriots and Las Vegas Raiders.
It's Monday Night Football, so we've come to the end of the NFL week.
This week was a good week in terms of betting and in terms of games in general. It would be nice to end this one with a win tonight. This is definitely the matchup of the week as we get a potential Super Bowl preview of the Bills taking on the Rams.
The Buffalo Bills are coming off their first loss of the season. They dropped a home game to the New England Patriots for the second year in a row. It wasn't an explosion or anything. The Bills narrowly lost the game. They opened the season on the road against the Texans and won 36-31.

The last three weeks have been home games. They beat the Lions and then beat the Chargers two weeks before the New England game.
As is usually the case with the Bills, Josh Allen is what makes the whole team work. Offensively, he accounted for 13 of 16 offensive touchdowns this season and has seven rushing touchdowns in four games. Allen has run the ball 33 times this season and appears to be more dangerous running than passing.
This week, the Rams have one of the best pass defenses in football, but the run defense is a little worse.
These 6 NFL teams are firmly on the SUPER BOWL bubble through Week 4
Much of the story surrounding the Rams revolves around how Los Angeles added key pieces to the defense last year. The offense was already buzzing with MVP Matthew Stafford under center, and they improved on the other side of the ball. This was the team that was really the only team to give the Super Bowl Seahawks one game out of the playoffs last season. Expectations from this team were high and continue despite the injury to Myles Garrett.
It's been a mixed bag of results for the Rams. The season opener was an absolutely brutal showing against the 49ers, arguably the best team in football. So, let's throw it away.
They beat the Giants the next week, 28-6. Jackson Dart was also injured in that game. They had one win and one loss, which was a bit far-fetched. They faced the Broncos and Eagles in the last two games. They let the Broncos game slip away. They bounced back against the Eagles.
What I'm getting at here is that this team is too inconsistent and hard to judge.

In this game, the first instinct is to take control because both Bill and Ram are considered offensive teams. Buffalo has a rushing defense in the bottom half. They also have one of the worst pass defenses in football. I like Davante Adams to score in the game and for some players, score a touchdown. For gaming, I get Rams -3. Maybe it's just because I like them at home, but I think their defense and offense will be enough to stop Allen and the Bills.
