Ambassador Arjan-Parviz Sarvari, Vice Chairman of the City Council: Dear colleagues, noble people of Tehran and the zealous nation of Iran; Today, our dear Iran is in the middle of an existential war.

But in this sensitive situation, there are some comments that are quite surprising.

Where do the gentlemen who talk about "tactical retreat" and "changing the view from threat to opportunity" stand exactly?

They talk as if Iran has attacked America and the Arrogant Front and we are the initiators of war and conflict in the region! Opportunistic gentlemen! Today is not the day to retreat. Retreating at this critical and historical moment, that is, signing the document of the destruction and division of Iran. We have the experience of your "opportunistic look" before our eyes; We remember the JCPOA well!

You went to negotiate and during those 20 months, you even violated the red lines set by our martyred leader and gave the enemy more concessions than you could imagine. But for once, have the courage and tell the people what happened to the outcome of this so-called opportunist agreement!?

The enemy has shown his real intentions to everyone many times and every day.

You were in the middle of negotiations last year, you put achievements on the table and even considered additional points for the other party; But what did they do in response? What was the result of your prescriptions and sales promises to people?

Was the achievement of this thinking nothing but imposing more war and pressure on the country?

Gentlemen! You were the ones who said at the University of Tehran, "America can disable the entire country's defense system and destroy Iran with one button"; But you saw that Iran stood with authority and the enemy could not make a mistake.

We will not forget the time when our honorable martyr, in order to overcome this chronic fear of yours, said to give you a "military tour" so that you can see the power of the country up close! We remember well, in your speeches, you stressed that if an attack occurs, nothing will happen to the officials, but we saw that in the middle of your fear-based diplomacy, those whom you grabbed and extended a hand of friendship attacked our country and, contrary to your predictions, martyred our beloved leader, our zealous commanders, and our great scientists at their workplaces or at their homes.

It is clear that their issue is not enrichment or some other regional issue; They do not ask you to withdraw temporarily, but they are targeting the principle of independence, unity and territorial integrity of this country.

Are you willing to auction the independence and dignity of the country, who frequently recommend giving points?

Hazrat Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (a.s.) says in sermon 51 of Nahj al-Balagha:

"Death in your life is the oppressed, and life is in your death the oppressors"

(Living in the shadow of being oppressed and oppressed by the enemy is the same as death; and death with dignity while overcoming the enemy is the same as real life.)

It's surprising that you actually accept the division and surrender of the country under the stylish titles of "diplomatic rationality"!

Do you remember what was the reason for Iraq's attack on Iran? When the IRGC was formed early and the army was not yet effective due to the revolution, the enemy attacked Iran thinking it was weak. That is, if the enemy sees you weak, he will attack, and if you are strong, peace and security will be brought to you.

Similarly, when Libya tried to disarm itself under the pretext of friendship with the cunning American enemy and became weak, it was stabbed by the same United States and its president was overthrown, and this country lost its credibility and independence, and today it is known as one of the most insecure places in the world.

It is the same today and if the enemy remains behind the gates, it is because of our strong stand.

Mr. Zarif and Marashi and the so-called opportunistic gentlemen!

It is good to remind you again what you know. Today's world is a world of power, force and discrimination with double standards, and countries are facing treacherous international players.

Meanwhile, if you take a look at the other side's public excesses, you should answer this basic question that was stated by our martyred imam, where is the limit of the enemy's resistance, and based on that, how long will your surrender copy continue.

You must be accountable to this great nation, why exactly in the moments of establishing national authority, have you taken a debilitating and doubtful view of the intelligent and powerful IRGC, Qods and revolutionary forces?

During the time of the high-ranking martyr Haj Qasim Soleimani, by creating a false opposition between "Midan" and "Diplomacy", you practically installed serious speed bumps on the path of national authority, and today, with inappropriate sarcasms, you strike and, intentionally or unintentionally, light the way for the enemy to target!

You yourself know very well and history also testifies that wherever "authoritative diplomacy" was placed next to "Maidan", it brought great and stunning achievements for this region.

Accursed Trump and the American extremists have openly declared that they have no goal other than the complete surrender of Iran, the destruction of the nation by missiles, and the defenselessness of the nation, and they have even stated that "Iran must be completely stripped of its weapons and tools of power."

Trump has clearly shown that no agreement is valid for him unless Iran's defense power is reduced to zero.

The so-called caring gentlemen! Please do not give wrong address!

Today, we are witnessing that you are laundering the dirtiest and most disgraceful contract of the country, which is the Turkmanchai, of course, you yourself signed the second Turkmanchai and brought the disaster of the JCPOA to Iran. The Turkmanchai contract, the result of which you have taught in universities for years!

Yes, the Qajar government, which planned to develop harems instead of developing and strengthening military power and deterrence, definitely cannot stand against Russian power. But today, our question is: Is Iran today, which is at the peak of power and the world accepts him as a superpower, equal to the time of Qajar? With what reasoning do you compare today with the Qajar era and prescribe that we take the path of surrender, maybe to survive? This is your survival, Mr. Zarif!

Gentlemen, who have the humiliating track record of the JCPOA, trigger mechanism and debilitating proposals during your administration - a track record that has made the patient people of Iran suffer for years - please listen to the voice of think tanks, colleges and great politicians of the world!

Those who openly admit that today's Iran has become an invincible superpower in the region and the world with the wise guidance of the late Imam, our martyred Imam, and our current Imam.

Accept this indisputable principle that the biggest component of the country's survival in the current world is the component of power and deterrence, and please do not wrap the prescription of humiliation, surrender and destruction for this country at the height of this national authority! Know that Islamic Iran is our red line; And the preservation of the country will not be achieved by bowing down to the cunning enemy, but by standing up, maintaining the defense power and relying on the national honor.
