Yesna Mirtahmaseb said about the non-release of Roxana: "I probably cried many times because the film was not released, because it was really important to me that it be seen." Sometimes they asked me what this award you received was for? Well, at least let them see the movie so they know what this award was for."

Sometimes they asked me what this award you received was for? Well, at least let them see the movie so they know what this award was for."
According to Ambassador Arjan Yesna, Mirtahmaseb, the actor who played the role of "Manoochehr" in the play "Pesran Fereydoun", answered the question that "Roxana" was only shown in the special section of the Fajr Festival and was only seen in the cinema of media people. Don't you think it's painful that apart from the material capital, the huge spiritual capital behind the film has not been able to be seen simply because of not getting a screening license and other issues?" He said: "I happen to be upset with the group and I have no qualms about saying this. In my opinion, the producer, broadcaster or other members of the group did not do enough in this regard; Because I had heard from different places that there is no special problem to play the movie. I think at some point, the decision to release the film was postponed to a certain time, so that maybe it would sell more during that period. But I believed that the film should be released as soon as possible. I even suggested that this film might be one of those works that would be seen a hundred times more if it were published on the Internet. I meant to finally broadcast the film so that the audience can see it. I played this movie four and a half years ago. I am at an age where even my face changes within a year, let alone four years. Therefore, time was very important in this film. I've been playing it for a long time and I've been trying not to think about it for about a year now. I'm usually an actor who comes, does my job and leaves, but I put more time into this project than anything else in my life; Because I really wanted the film to be screened."
He clarified: "This film belongs to the same years and should have been seen at the same time. That's why I say it was underrated. I know that we had encountered problems from other places, but I believe that from one point to the next, we ourselves did little in following up and bringing the work to a conclusion. My father once said something that helped me get through this. I may have cried many times over the film not being released, because I really wanted it to be seen. Sometimes they asked me what this award you received was for? Well, at least let them see the movie so they know what the award was for. I like my work to be seen. I was encouraged for this film outside of Iran, but in my country, the audience did not have the opportunity to watch it. My father told me one day: "The actors of your film were not behind the film and a film needs support." He meant that a work needs the support and follow-up of its agents to be seen. I felt that our film had no support from the people around it, and this made me no longer have the initial enthusiasm and motivation to pursue this project. It's like the fire of this movie went out for me."
