Conducting 734 inspections of Qom medical centers in the first half of this year

Qom - Vice President of Medical Sciences of Qom University of Medical Sciences announced that 734 cases of inspection of health centers in the province were conducted in the first half of this year and said: During this period, 38 offending centers were sealed or closed.

According to Ambassador Arjan Ruhollah Tagvi, in an interview, referring to the actions of the experts of the supervision and accreditation of the Deputy Minister of Medicine, he stated: Out of the total number of inspections conducted, 156 cases were related to unauthorized centers and eight cases were carried out with the aim of checking medical tariffs and with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Food and Drug.

He added: In line with the implementation of rules and regulations, written notices were issued to 117 centers and 38 violators were sealed or closed.

Taqvi continued: In addition, 27 centers' violation cases were referred to the prosecutor's office, four centers to government punishments, and one case was also referred to the medical system organization to deal with the violations committed according to the laws and regulations.
