According to Ambassador Arjan, citing Zomit, Apple's platform policies will be reviewed after severe criticism of the Grok chatbot's performance on the X social network. Previously, users had used Graak's artificial intelligence tool to produce immoral images, and after that, protesters demanded the removal of offending programs during the WWDC conference.
Apple has emphasized that software developers are required to implement proactive measures to monitor content. Developers who do not include adequate security measures in their products or do not fix the violation after receiving a warning will be removed from the App Store.
The new guidelines also completely ban the trick of changing app features after getting approval. Software involved in child exploitation or human trafficking will also be excluded from the iPhone ecosystem and alternative distribution methods.
