According to Ambassador Arjan, a webinar session on the follow-up and implementation process of the synchronized plan was held in the social security general administrations of the provinces with the presence of the head of the organization, the insurance deputy, the general director of insurance premium collection and the insurance general managers of the provinces.

In this meeting, Gholamhossein Mohammadi, head of the social security organization, emphasized that with the cooperation of the employers and employees of the social security organization, there should be more utilization of the capacity of the social security organization, he said: the social security organization is responsible for its commitments, and on the other hand, we must provide the resources of the commitments through new capacities such as the social security organization.

He added: the livelihood support of the large community of pensioners is the responsibility of the social security organization, and the provision of resources to pay monthly salaries to the retirees is achieved with the efforts of the organization's colleagues, and there is no higher reward than heart satisfaction for work for the community of workers and retirees.

Mohammadi said: Synchronized plan is a good capacity to provide the resources of the social security organization in order to fulfill its obligations, this plan is not inflationary and the debt becomes an asset in this chain, and we expect the colleagues of the province to inform them about the great advantages of this plan in interactive meetings with employers.
