Build Homes for Low-Income Groups with Tax Benefits

The Director General of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation in West Azerbaijan, referring to the capacity of Clause 'Kh' of Article 20 of the Seventh Development Plan Law, said: This law provides a valuable opportunity for benefactors, industry owners and economic activists to help fund housing for low-income groups, and if legal conditions are met, they can also benefit from tax credits.

Referring to the capacity of Clause "X" of Article 20 of the Seventh Development Program Law, the director general of the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution of West Azerbaijan stated: This law has provided a valuable opportunity for the participation of benefactors, industrial owners, and economic activists in providing housing for low-income groups, so that if the legal conditions are met, they can also benefit from the benefits of tax credits.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan from West Azerbaijan, Alireza Moghadam added: According to the provisions of this paragraph, eligible participants who provide more than 50% of the cost of implementing the included projects, can enjoy a tax credit equal to 25 to 50% of the cost.

Referring to the implementation of the House of Hope project to provide housing for the families of deciles one to four, he said: In addition to bank facilities and other support resources, the capacity of this law is also used to finance housing projects for the disadvantaged, and in the first stage, one thousand billion tomans of credit has been earmarked for this purpose.

Moghadam continued: Industry owners, employers, manufacturers and well-intentioned benefactors can help provide housing for workers and families without housing by participating in eligible projects and at the same time benefit from the legal benefits of tax credits.
