Conducting a course to recreate motivation and organizational belonging in the work environment / What factors affect organizational demotivation?
The teacher of the field of organizational behavior management said: Lack of motivation does not always have a single cause and many factors are influential in this field. Fatigue with a sign of low energy, dissatisfaction caused by protesting the conditions, lack of motivation with a sign of low energy and desire, and disappointment with an unknown future are among the categories of lack of motivation.
According to the reporter of Arya Heritage, the course on re-creating organizational motivation and belonging in the workplace today, Saturday, October 25, was held by the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts in the amphitheater hall of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, taught by Ali Maboudi, one of the lecturers and experts in the field of organizational behavior management.
This lecturer in the field of organizational behavior management in this training course said: organizational belonging and job motivation are two important factors in job satisfaction, personal growth and organizational effectiveness.
He added: Reinventing motivation and strengthening the sense of belonging can be the basis for a new look at work and a more dynamic and effective experience in the workplace. This course is an opportunity to get acquainted with practical solutions to strengthen motivation, deepen organizational belonging and improve professional attitudes and interactions, and it will be an opportunity to learn, rethink and take an effective step in the path of personal and organizational growth.
Referring to the types of traps, Maboudi said: "Troubleshooting, comparing yourself with others, getting stuck in personal opinions, over-complicating issues, and resisting reality are types of traps."
This lecturer and expert in the field of organizational behavior management, stating solutions to correct the mental trap of over-complicating issues, stated: Simplifying the way of thinking about the issues that arise, speeding up the decision-making process by examining different parts, taking actions and focusing on what you can control, using the coin toss technique for difficult decisions are among these solutions. Also, about this trap, one should be careful about confusion, bewilderment and exhaustion.
Explaining about correcting the mental trap of resistance to reality, he said: Accepting the situation you are in, thinking about changing the situation for the better, taking care of your mind in front of the past and future, focusing on the things you can do, not worrying about what hasn't happened yet can improve this type of mental trap. Disobedience, complaints, and resentment are some of the things that must be controlled when facing this trap.
Boboodi also said about the trap of excessive expectations: this trap makes a person be too hard on himself.
This lecturer and expert in the field of organizational behavior management expressed the correction of this type of mental trap and said: letting go of control, having positive beliefs or clear goals for excellent results.
He continued: Motivation is the reason and force that moves our behavior. Motivation is not the same as being in a good mood, being satisfied with the organization, or getting rewarded. One may be unhappy but work responsibly, one may be well paid but unmotivated, the goal is not to create permanent excitement, the goal is to create sustained energy for action.
From the lecturers and experts in the field of organizational behavior management, he continued: Lack of motivation does not always have a single cause and many factors influence it, fatigue with low energy, dissatisfaction caused by protesting the conditions, lack of motivation with low energy and desire, and disappointment with an unknown future are categories of lack of motivation.
Moboudi further stated: The cycle of motivation loss started with uncertainty about the future, reduction of expectation of the result, reduction of effort, reduction of performance or learning, reduction of positive feedback, reduction of the feeling of empowerment, effort is useless, further reduction of motivation is the result of the cycle of motivation loss.
Referring to the reasons for the loss of motivation, he said: not having enough authority, feeling powerless or not growing, lack of feedback, effort not being seen, perceived injustice, poor relationship with the manager or colleagues, repetitive and meaningless work, lack of growth prospects, disproportionate workload, experiencing repeated failures.
