"Tehran Short Film" festival has started

The 43rd Tehran International Short Film Festival officially started today, October 25, with the "20-43" meetings.

According to Ambassador Arjan Shoaibi, the secretary of this period of the festival, before the start of the first session of the "20-43" meetings, in a short speech while welcoming the attendees, he said: We have been starting the festival with these specialized meetings for two years. Thank you for participating in these training sessions, considering the late night screenings and probably the wonderful screenings that will come, you will be able to watch movies. Our attempt is to open new perspectives for you in addition to the angles and the horizon you are looking at and to provide you with opportunities because we know that it is difficult to go to the presence of these professors and we have taken responsibility for this issue.

He added: According to last year's tradition, the beginning of our dialogue is from these meetings. I would like to thank the deputies and officials who organized these meetings, including Mrs. Alia Sadat Hashemi, Mohammad Sufi and Rasool Sadeghi. They worked very hard and I thank them for their hard work, because if it wasn't for their hard work, the festival would not have been held on time and in this way. I hope we all have a good day together.

In another part of his speech, Shoaibi said: This year, we have several booths and publications that have good movie books, and our plan is to make the books available to you with good discounts.

Alia Sadat Hashemi also said: I hope we will have 20 good meetings together, this way I must say that the discipline of these meetings makes us hold meetings well and I am happy to see you together.
