Sardar Rahimi: Hoarders Will Not Escape Firm Police Action

The head of the Economic Security Police of the Law Enforcement Command (FARAJA), pointing to the activities of some opportunists in the market, said that those who exploit current conditions and hoard essential goods will face serious action.

Referring to the activity of some profit-seeking people in the market, the head of the Faraja Economic Security Police said: Serious action will be taken against those who abuse the existing conditions and hoard people's basic goods.

According to Arjan's ambassador, Sardar Hossein Rahimi, head of Faraja's economic security police, emphasized the need to support economic activists in economic war conditions and said: the enemy has fallen to the ground in the military battle, suffered a great defeat, and has officially announced that the current war is an economic war.

Rahimi sat on the sidelines and told reporters: First of all, we must believe that the country's capacities in the field of economy, reserves, resources and production capacity are unique, and there are no such capacities in many countries of the world.

He added: The second point is that everyone should come to the aid of people who are active in this field; From entrepreneurs and producers to businessmen and activists who toil and strive in various economic fields. We should stand by these people, help them and solve their problems.

The head of Economic Security Police Faraja continued: If economic activists are our point of support in the economic war and we can support them, we will definitely win in this war as well.

Increasing police dealings with hoarders of basic goods

In response to a question about police measures to deal with the hoarding of basic goods and abuse of existing conditions by some people, Rahimi said: At all times, even during the eight-year war, there were opportunistic and exploitative people who used the country's conditions for their own benefit. Even in the days when the best forces of the country were losing their lives and all facilities were in the way of war and defense of the country.

He added: We have faced such cases in the past year. In the field of fighting hoarding, our performance has been at least three thousand times higher, which indicates the activity of a small group of people who hoard basic goods, provisions and general necessities of the people, refuse to supply them, or keep the goods hidden.

Referring to the economic violations of some profiteers and brokers, Rahimi emphasized: First of all, our view is to support the people who are trying, toiling and fighting for the country's economy and production; But in the next step, we will definitely deal decisively and seriously with the few exploiters and profiteers.

He pointed out that the police, as law enforcers, will deal decisively with these people.
