Another Book by Wittgenstein Published
'Public Language, Social Mind', a step-by-step explanation of Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations by Malek Hosseini, has been published through a joint effort by Kargadan Publishing and Farhang Siadat Publishing.
"Common Language, Social Mind" is a point-by-point description of Wittgenstein's philosophical research, written by Malik Hosseini, published in collaboration with Kargden Publishing and Farhang Siadat Publishing.
According to ambassador Arjan, this book has 472 pages and has been sold in the book market for 1,500,000 tomans. The introduction of this book states:
"Philosophical research is the result of long-term reflections of Ludwig Wittgenstein, the Austrian-English philosopher. This book, which was published two years after the author's death, is one of the classic works and one of the most important philosophical writings, at least in the 20th century. The research consists of "points" in which several topics and concepts are discussed, without these points falling under separate headings and the book taking the usual chapters and sections.
This feature of the research has made the book difficult to understand and the unfamiliar reader needs a teacher or guide to explain. The following book is a "guide" for philosophical research, in the sense that it is intended to help the reader - who is primarily a student of philosophy or interested in philosophy - out of confusion when facing research and help him to study it alone and without the need of a teacher or class. This purpose is achieved when he gets a clear picture of the main aspects of the research, and finds a comprehensive view of its entirety.
In other words, staring at the individual images of this, as Wittgenstein himself said, album should not prevent you from understanding the narrative behind them all. At the same time, the upcoming book is supposed to familiarize the reader with the text of the research and thereby with its main concepts and important opinions.
