Case of Pregnant Woman's Death in Hamedan to Be Specially Investigated

Member of Parliament for Hamedan and Famenin, announcing a letter to the Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education requesting a special committee to examine the death of a pregnant woman in Hamedan, stressed that the cause of the incident, whether possible medical negligence or equipment shortage, must be precisely determined to prevent similar incidents from recurring.

The representative of the people of Hamedan and Faminin counties in the Islamic Council of Parliament informed about the correspondence with the Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education to form a special committee and investigate the dimensions of the death of a pregnant mother in Hamedani and emphasized: the cause of this accident, whether it is the possibility of medical malpractice or lack of equipment, must be accurately determined in order to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents.
