According to Mehr reporter, Gholamreza Daneshfar, in the consensus meeting of the deputy heads of secondary education of the cities and regions of the province, pointed out the decisive role of secondary education in the scientific and professional future of students and stated: educational planning should be followed with the approach of improving the quality of learning and realizing educational justice, from the center of the province to the farthest regions.

Emphasizing on the necessity of using local capacities, creativity in planning and constructive interaction with families and social institutions, he added: providing skills training and strengthening students' self-confidence plays an important role in their academic progress and preparing them for the future.

The Director General of Education of Bushehr province also considered the continuous and field supervision of the activities of schools as one of the priorities of the secondary education field and said: Deputy secondary education officials of cities and regions as educational leaders play an important role in guiding school programs and by actively participating in educational environments and analyzing the results of tests, they can provide the basis for continuous improvement of the quality of education.

Emphasizing the position of teachers in the evolution of the educational system, Daneshfar stated: improving the quality of education in secondary education requires empowering teachers and updating their professional knowledge. Holding knowledge-building workshops, sharing successful experiences and learning about new teaching methods should become a continuous part of the educational programs of cities and regions.
