ISFAHAN – The CEO of Sepahan Club said: "We are proud that both clubs have held high the banner of sports in the country. I hope we achieve even greater honors every day."

According to Mehr reporter, Manouchehr Nikfar, CEO of Sepahan Club, on Tuesday evening, October 21st, after Sepahan football team's victory against Zob Ahan in the seventh week of the Premier League at the Mixdzone of Foladshahr Stadium, said: "It was an interesting game, two teams are among the greats of the country and they were in all league periods and provided great services to the country's sports.

He added: We are proud that both clubs kept the sports flag high in the country, I hope we will win more honors every day.

Nikfar stated: We are happy that Sepahan's wins continued, we played a better game in the first half, and in the second half, Zob Ahn had more motivation to score.

CEO of Sepahan Club said: Any team that wants to be successful, the first condition is stability, the excitement of football is that the result is not known in advance, it is important to maintain the stability of the team in difficult conditions.

He continued: A league has 34 games and we may have a good day and a bad day, the fan should be behind the team in both cases. The team is in a good condition, I hope that we will never enter the sidelines and continue the same process.

Saying that Alves' suspension will end and he will be added to the team, Nikfar noted: We inquired about Alves from FIFA and FIFA referred to the Iranian Federation. If the official end date of the league is June 27, the ban has passed, but if it is calculated from the beginning of this year, the ban will end in December.

Regarding Sepahan's non-participation in Asian competitions, Sepahan's CEO said: We always wanted to be in Asia, but there were some problems that didn't happen, maybe if more efforts were made, we could have been in Asia.

He added: "We are not ungrateful, we will try for the next years. Sepahan has focused on the Premier League this year, and considering the number of games and injuries, maybe our absence in Asia is a positive thing."

In the end, Nikfar said about the presence of fans in this match: We would like fans to come to the stadium and enjoy every match that is held in Isfahan. We were not the host, but we would like this match to be 50-50 for the fans, just like the Tehran derby.
