In his first televised interview, Sardar Ali Azmaei, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, emphasized the intelligent control of the Strait of Hormuz and said: The Americans today claim that the Strait of Hormuz is open and that they have control over it, but this claim is different from the realities on the ground. They present their political analysis, but if they want to know whether the Strait of Hormuz is open or closed, they should enter the field and see who is in control of this strait.

He added: Today, by the grace of God and with the efforts of all the soldiers of the IRGC Navy, who are the servants of the people and the soldiers of the province, we are standing against the evil enemies.

Referring to the situation of the US fleet in the region, the Commander of the IRGC Navy stated: Today, the US Army and its seven fleets have become fuel smugglers.

The fact is that their 13 billion dollar aircraft carrier has become useless and acts like an airport runway, located 700 to 800 kilometers from the Strait of Hormuz; Because it is vulnerable and does not dare to approach and be in the crosshairs of our warriors.

Azmaei stated: Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf are under the control of IRGC Navy, and our dear brothers in the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran also control the Sea of Oman. He explained how to control the Strait of Hormuz: Our control is intelligent control; This means that vessels that have to pass through this route must get permission from us. The commander of the IRGC Navy continued: Americans encourage the offending vessels to leave the area secretly and with their lights off. Using F-35 and F-16 fighter planes, they have stationed these aircraft above the Strait of Hormuz so that they can secretly remove three, four or five oil tankers from the area; Just like people who hire others by paying huge fees.
