Yemen: We Back Any Revolutionary Action Against bin Salman Inside Saudi Arabia
A member of the political bureau of Yemen's Ansarallah movement announced that the country is ready to cooperate with any domestic action in Saudi Arabia aimed at removing the kingdom's crown prince.
According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Mohammad Al-Bakhiti, a member of the political office of the Yemeni Ansarullah Movement, emphasized: The reason that encouraged Mohammed bin Salman to invade Yemen was that he thought he could end this war in a very short period of time. For this reason, he called the operation of aggression against Yemen "the storm of determination". But very soon he realized that victory through military means is not possible. Therefore, from then on, in 2017, he counted on another operation.
He added: In an interview with Saudi journalist Dawood al-Shorayan, bin Salman emphasized the policy of "long-winded battle" and said that Saudi Arabia has the necessary resources and equipment, while Yemen has neither resources, equipment, nor money. Because Yemen is under siege and Saudi Arabia is looting Yemen's oil and gas wealth. Bin Salman further asked: If this war is in our interest, why not use this opportunity?
Al-Bakhiti clarified: We believe that the purpose of our military operation against the infrastructure of Saudi Arabia is not revenge or retaliation, but we want to convey this message to bin Salman that he can no longer continue aggression against Yemen from a safe position. What he calls a long-winded battle is not in the interest of Saudi Arabia because the cost of this war for Saudi Arabia will be much higher than its cost for Yemen.
He said: This is enough pressure to force Bin Salman to accept the fair and just demands of Yemen to end the war and lift the siege from both sides, especially since both sides have the ability to destroy each other's infrastructure and besiege the other side. Ending the war and lifting the blockade has become a common interest for Saudi Arabia and Yemen, although Saudi Arabia's interest in this field is greater than Yemen's.
Al-Bakhiti emphasized: However, bin Salman's stubbornness may lead him to continue the war, even though the cost of this war will be very heavy for Saudi Arabia, and it will ultimately lead to the destruction of all the infrastructure of this country that has been built over decades. These infrastructures do not belong to Bin Salman, but they are the right of the people of the Holy Harams. We have no desire to destroy all the infrastructure of this country. For this reason, if bin Salman insists on continuing this path, then the people of the land of the two holy shrines should start working; Either a popular movement will be formed throughout this land, or the Saudi opposition, especially the Islamic awakening, will take action, or the ruling family in Saudi Arabia will take action to remove bin Salman and install another emir from the Al Saud family, because the continuation of bin Salman's rule is no longer in the interest of Saudi Arabia and the people of the land of the Two Holy Mosques.
He said: We, in turn, announce to everyone that we are ready to fully cooperate with any popular movement in the land of the Two Holy Mosques and any action of the Saudi opposition, including the Islamic Awakening movement, especially since tens of thousands of followers of this movement are in Bin Salman prisons. We are also ready to cooperate with the ruling family in case of action to remove Bin Salman, in order to prevent the destruction of the infrastructure of the land of the Two Holy Mosques. These infrastructures were built with the income from the oil and gas wealth that God has given to this land. Hajj and Umrah revenues have also provided significant financial resources for this country.
Al-Bakhiti added: Bin Salman and the Al Saud family did not build these infrastructures with their own money, but also stole a large part of these financial resources. We promise you that we are ready to cooperate with a revolutionary movement throughout the land of the Two Holy Mosques or with the Saudi opposition led by the Islamic Awakening movement or with any action within the ruling family to remove the idiot Bin Salman.
