Nationwide protests by high school students against the state of education in France have spread to other parts of the European continent in recent weeks.

With the continuation of French protests, unrest and clashes between protesters and the police are also reported in Albania. The organizers of the protests in Albania announced that nationwide demonstrations have been held in this country to protest the inappropriate conditions of universities, the high costs of higher education, the lack of sufficient financial support and the uncertain employment prospects after graduation.

During this march, which turned violent, protesters threw bricks and concrete blocks towards the building of the Ministry of Education of Albania in Tirana. In response to this action, the police forces used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the protesters and arrested several people present in the rally.

In France, high school students have been protesting and blocking the entrance to educational units for several weeks, protesting the educational situation and demanding an increase in the number of teachers and improvement of school facilities. French students, along with their teachers and parents, blocked a street near the Hélène Bouchet high school in Paris.

According to the official data of the French Ministry of Interior, more than 161,000 people demonstrated in the streets of the country's big cities; Statistics that indicate a decrease in participation compared to the presence of 266,000 protesters on the day of the same action last week.

Although most of the demonstrators held their march peacefully, riot police in Paris, Lyon, Strasbourg and Nantes attacked the protesters by firing tear gas.

The images of these protests, along with the images of the sprinkler machines that tried to disperse the protesters, were quickly and widely published in the virtual space. The French newspaper "Lofigaro" announced that nearly 1,000 people have been arrested in the south of France alone, most of whom are under the legal age, and this arrest is their first judicial case.

On the other hand, a number of protesters threw objects at the police officers by lighting fire and destroying public property. Also, the French anti-riot police force known as "CRAS" pushed the security barriers forward to arrest the protesters, and during these clashes, the masked protesters tried to take back the tear gas canisters.
