According to Ambassador Arjan, on the 5th of June this year, the suspicious death of a 69-year-old man was reported to the homicide investigator of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office by the officers of Koi Nasr police station.

With the order of the court, a team of officers from the 10th Intelligence Police Department of Tehran went to the hospital and it turned out that a month ago, on the 5th of Ardibehesht, he went to a forensic doctor on Behesht street in Tehran and declared that he was in a bad condition, and then he fainted and was admitted to the hospital and later died.

Neighbors' statements were a clue to the murder

The hospital officials announced that the blow to his head caused his death. The family of the deceased man claimed in the police investigation that he had gone out for a walk when he had an accident and they found out that he was hospitalized. They went to the hospital and finally, after a month, their patient died. They have no complaints.

The agents investigated the deceased man's neighbors, and it turned out that this family had always been involved with their father, and their argument was heard many times. On the day of the incident, they heard the cry for help again. The deceased man was taking nerve drugs and every time he did not take his pills, he killed his family.

Therefore, the officers made sure that his death was not an accident and it was a crime. Also, a few days ago, forensic experts announced that his brain death was caused by a hard object hitting his head.

The agents investigated this family again, and it turned out that the young son of the family was the perpetrator of the crime. He was arrested 2 days ago in his house in Tehran.

He no longer went to the doctor and did not take his medicines

Yesterday, the young accused was transferred to the fifth investigation branch of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office, and after confessing to the crime, he said: "I am a worker and I have studied up to the bachelor's degree." I didn't want my father to die and I regret it. He wanted to kill me, my mother and my abandoned sister, so I killed her to save ourselves.

He continued: My father retired many years ago, but before that he had mental problems and nervousness. He had to be treated and take medicine. Every time he didn't take pills and medicine, his mood and day became bad; He used to harass us and beat us. My father bullied and humiliated me since childhood.

The accused stated: When I was 16 years old, he took me in his car and took me from home to a road. There he dragged me on the asphalt and my head and face were injured. He kept beating my sick sister and my mother and the lives of all three of us were in danger. 8 months before the accident, he stopped his treatment, stopped going to the doctor and stopped taking his medicines. His mental condition had worsened and he used to beat my mother and sister a lot.

He added: On the morning of the incident, he started fighting with family members again. We turned on the TV to watch it started a discussion and turned it off. He took a knife from the kitchen and stabbed me, my mother and my sister and wanted to kill all three of us. To save myself and the two of them, I got into a fight with my father and hit him on the nose, which hurt him and the knife fell from his hand.

The accused of murder said: My mother and sister were saved, but my father went to the parking lot of the building, brought a stick and beat us. When he hit my hand with a stick, the stick broke into 3 pieces. I took the sharp piece of wood and hit my father twice on the head, and he became ill. After that, he left the house and an hour later we found out through the hospital that he was hospitalized. We lied that we had an accident on the street and hid the secret of the murder.

Mohammad Javad Shafiei, the investigator of the fifth branch of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office, confirmed this news and said: the young man is in custody on the charge of murdering his father, while his family has announced that they have no complaint against him.
