The Lego Pikachu and Poké Ball set is down to $13 off on Amazon.

The LEGO Pokémon Pikachu and Poké Ball set is down to its all-time low on Amazon for $186.99, a $13 discount off its full price.

It's been an exciting year for Pokemon fans as they celebrate the franchise's 30th anniversary. If you don't want to find some new TCG 30th Anniversary drops to buy, there are plenty of Lego sets to check out for building, including an absolutely adorable set of Pikachu and a Poke Ball.

If you've been dying to add this 2050-piece display to your collection, now is a good time to check it out. Amazon slashed $13 off its price tag, bringing it down to $186.99 from its MSRP of $199.99. It might not be heavily discounted, but it's the lowest price we've seen at retailers so far, so it's worth checking out while it's still alive.

Dimensions: over 13.5" (35cm) high, 10.5" (26cm) wide and 15.5" (39cm) deep.

This delightful display was released earlier this year in February, and at 2,050 bricks it's a massive undertaking, so it makes sense why it's skewed towards adult builders. With all these pieces, you'll create a ridiculous Pikachu figure (with ears and movable limbs) that jumps out of an opened puke ball. Or, if you prefer a more neutral pose, there's also the option to have Pikachu resting next to a closed Poké Ball instead.

If you decide to do the former, there's a pretty fun base you can build for the big jump. Of course, it's shaped like a lightning bolt for this electric Pokémon and features the number "25" in Lego studs at the bottom, a small nod to Pikachu's Pokédex.

IGN's Jada Griffin put the set together when it was released, writing in her We Build story that it was "a super fun build and a great addition to my collection." If you're curious to see the montage in action before you hit the "buy" button, take a look at the slideshow above.

What is the best number of pieces for Lego sets?

Considering we're currently in between sales events, this discount is a nice little surprise. So if you're hoping to grab one for yourself or a Pokemon fan you know, this is a great opportunity to do so.
