Emphasizing the necessity of transforming creative ideas into marketable products, supporting start-up businesses and developing export markets, the head of the national creative industries event "Manvin" considered the success of this event in the formation of sustainable cooperation and the transformation of the scattered capacities of the country into economic opportunities.

According to ICT News, Abdulhasan Bahrami, the head of the national creative industries event "Manvin", in the opening ceremony of this event, referring to the role of the presidential vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based economy in the formation and promotion of this event, said: I consider it my duty to appreciate the initiative and strategic vision of the president's vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based economy, in the formation and advancement of the national event program for Manvin creative industries. According to their perspective and approach and the missions entrusted to us, we were able to design this program and be at your service today.

Emphasizing the role of inter-agency cooperation in holding this event, Bahrami added: If we were able to hold this program in Isfahan today, one of its strengths was the sincere cooperation of the province's senior management and the cooperation of executive bodies, deputy governors and the innovation and creative ecosystem of the province. These collections have moved together with us in about 9 months since the beginning of planning for the event, and they deserve to be appreciated.

He continued: We are not only satisfied with the choice of Isfahan as the host of this event, but also proud of this choice. It is a matter of pleasure that we have gathered in the historical and civilization-building city of Isfahan to discuss one of the valuable and future-building capacities of the country, i.e. creative industries and the development of the creative economy.

Manvin; The result of a common belief and collective will

Referring to the national nature of the Manvin event, Bahrami clarified: This event is not the result of the efforts of a group or apparatus alone, but is a manifestation of a common belief and collective will. Manvin's experience shows that the development of creative industries comes to a conclusion when the capacities of the country are placed together and all sectors, according to their missions and capabilities, cooperate with each other to realize a national goal.

He considered the main goal of this event to be the transformation of Iran's human capital and creative capacities into economic opportunities and added: The transformation of Iranian capital into economic opportunities, the formation of sustainable businesses, the creation of productive employment and the prosperity of the creative economy in the country are the most important goals that we have pursued in Manvin.

The head of the national creative industries event "Manvin" emphasized: In this event, we did not just seek to show achievements or introduce a product, but we tried to help the formation of a complete and efficient chain; A chain that turns the idea into a product, the product into the market, the market into income, and the income into sustainable business growth and the development of export markets.

National attention to the development of creative economy

Referring to the process of formation of support programs in the field of creative industries, Bahrami said: With the measures of the Scientific Vice President and the time he devoted in the past 9 months to streamlining and paying more attention to the field of creative industries, we were able to raise the issue of developing the creative economy at the national policy level.

Referring to the third meeting of the National Policy Council which was held under the chairmanship of the President in Tehran, he said: In this meeting, the development of the creative economy was considered as one of the special missions in the path of realizing the national economy and the knowledge-based economy.

He added: After about 14 years, the presence of the president in such an atmosphere and direct attention to the demands of creative industries activists is very important. It is more important that this area is taken into consideration at the decision-making level and planned for its development. We hope that the achievements of this event and the presence of activists and officials can help strengthen this flow and advance national programs in the field of creative industries.

The three main axes of the event; Exhibition, festival and supporting companies

The head of the national creative industries event "Manvin" in explaining the different parts of this program said: "In the design of Manvin, we tried to pay attention to all the value chains of creative industries in the three parts of the exhibition, festival and support calls.

He explained: In the exhibition section, achievements and products of creative companies are introduced. In the festival section, top brands will be identified and introduced, and in the support calls section, new creative companies will be supported for the development of their products and activities.

Referring to the forecast of financial resources to support creative businesses, Bahrami added: With the support and measures of the Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, a credit line of 100 billion Tomans has been allocated in this Vice President to support this area, so that low-interest facilities and support that can be converted into grants for the development of creative companies' products are considered.

He continued: In addition, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund has also allocated a 100 billion Toman credit line to support companies in this area. According to the explanations provided by the fund officials, the possibility of increasing this credit has also been raised.

The head of the national event of creative industries "Manvin" also mentioned the cooperation with the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare and said: In the form of a memorandum with the deputy of employment and welfare of this ministry, efforts have been made to provide financial resources and facilities to support businesses active in the field of creative industries.

The presence of companies from 31 provinces of the country

Referring to the geographical range of participants in Manvin, Bahrami said: One of the important features of this event is the presence of companies from all 31 provinces of the country. This partnership shows that the capacities of creative industries are not limited to one city or a few specific regions, and there are significant talents and abilities in this field throughout Iran.

He added: In the design of the exhibition, various specialized areas of creative industries have been taken into consideration and about 8 thousand square meters of exhibition space has been considered to introduce the companies, products and capabilities of this sector. Also, a space has been planned for holding programs and side activities of the event.

Referring to the cooperation of various institutions to hold specialized programs, Manvin, the head of the event, said: In addition to the exhibition, more than 100 specialized events have been planned with the cooperation of the provincial collections and institutions active in the field of creative industries.

He appreciated the participation of various institutions and collections, including the departments related to art, culture, creative businesses, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, and the Presidential Office of Women and Family Affairs.

Bahrami emphasized: The association of these devices and collections can provide more communication between creative industries activists, cultural institutions, technology companies and investors and lead to the development of inter-sectoral cooperation in this field.

Contribution of women and youth in creative industries

Referring to the composition of the participants of the exhibition, the head of the national creative industries event, Manvin, said: About 50% of the companies in the exhibition are women-owned businesses, and more than 70% of the companies are in the age group of 20-35 years.

He added: This statistic shows that creative industries have a suitable capacity to take advantage of the capabilities of two important groups of society, namely women and youth. With the targeted support of this sector, economic activity, entrepreneurship and business development can be provided for these groups.

Emphasizing the importance of paying attention to young talents, Bahrami said: the geographical range and diversity of participation in Manvin shows that creativity is no longer limited to big cities or a few areas; Rather, there are many talents and capabilities throughout the country that can play a role in the development of the creative economy.

The measure of Manvin's success is the achievements after the event

Emphasizing the necessity of long-term evaluation of the event's results, Bahrami said: "The real value of Manvin should not be sought only in the number of companies present, the number of visitors or the amount of awards." The main value of this event lies in the opportunity it provides to identify capacities, establish effective communication, form new collaborations, and transform dispersed capabilities into cohesive economic power.

He continued: Manvin's success is not determined by the opening or closing day. The real success will start the day after the event ends; When all responsible groups and activists in this field must have a coherent and common plan for the development of the country's creative economy.

The head of the national creative industries event "Manvin" pointed to the necessity of strengthening the documents and strategic plans of this area and stated: with the cooperation of the secretariat of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution and the cooperation of the relevant officials, the path of updating the document of creative industries should be followed so that this document finds more harmony with the needs of the market and the future developments of the economy.

He added: The creative economy of the future should be built from today. This path requires trust in Iranian talents, the link between knowledge and the market, investment in creativity and innovation, and cooperation between different institutions and sectors.

In the end, Bahrami expressed his hope: "Manvin" national creative industries event will be a step in the direction of strengthening the country's creative economy and with the continued cooperation of executive bodies, scientific and cultural institutions, creative companies, investors and activists in this field, the field of creating economic value, developing sustainable businesses and expanding domestic and export markets will be provided.

Mehdi Jamalinejad, Governor of Isfahan, pointing to the wide capacities of creative industries in the country's economic development, emphasized the necessity of providing a context for the growth and activity of young entrepreneurs.

Stating that the future of the world economy is more dependent on knowledge, innovation and creative power than the past, he said: the era of measuring the wealth of nations based solely on the volume of industrial production and material resources is coming to an end, and the successful countries of the future will be the countries that can take advantage of the capacity of imagination, innovation and thought of their citizens.

The governor of Isfahan considered creative industries as one of the important sectors of the future economy and added: This field is not a marginal part of the economy, but an arena for creating value, creating sustainable employment and expanding economic opportunities. Creative industries, due to their connection with knowledge, art and innovation, have a suitable capacity for the participation of young people and women in economic activities.

Referring to the role of the young generation in the development of this sector, Jamalinejad stated: One of the advantages of creative industries is the possibility of wider entry of young people into the field of entrepreneurship. Providing the opportunity for ideation and turning ideas into marketable products and services can provide the basis for the formation of new businesses and increase the economic participation of the young generation.

Emphasizing the importance of cultural identity in the creative economy, he said: technology alone is not enough for the durability and success of products; What can distinguish the works and products in the global markets is their meaning, identity and cultural authenticity. Iran, with its vast historical, artistic and cultural heritage, has a significant capacity to develop businesses that are rooted in Iranian culture and aligned with today's market needs.

Referring to the place of this city in art, architecture and handicrafts, the governor of Isfahan said: Isfahan is an example of the connection between art, economy, architecture and social life. This capacity can provide a suitable field for the development of creative industries and lead to the formation of a more effective connection between cultural heritage, new technologies and economic markets.
