All users can participate in conversations with end-to-end encryption and a maximum capacity of 32 people without time limit. Such a development is considered a fundamental step to improve the status of Meta messenger to a comprehensive tool for daily gatherings and business meetings.

Before entering the conversation, guest users are placed in the waiting room for the host to confirm their identity. In order to protect privacy, the phone numbers of other attendees will not be displayed to guests, and they will not be able to send text messages or add others to the conversation. The host has the ability to remove various participants at any time.

Despite the aforementioned limitations, guests have facilities such as sharing the screen, sending reactions such as likes and hearts, and raising a virtual hand to ask questions.

Making contact for guests is a short process. Users just need to go to the Calls section in the WhatsApp program, touch the option to create a call link, and then send the generated address to the target audience. Participating in the conversation for users without a user account is done easily through the computer browser. By the end of this year, Meta plans to add coordination with Google Calendar and Outlook to its platform for scheduling meetings.

The ability to sign in through a browser is reminiscent of the approach Apple took with FaceTime when it introduced iOS 15.
