Bushehr Friday Prayer Leader: Propagating Religion in Hybrid War Conditions Is a Strategic Necessity
Bushehr – The Supreme Leader's representative in the province and Friday Prayer Leader of Bushehr said that as the country faces both hard and soft war at the same time, it must not neglect its responsibilities.
According to Mehr reporter, Ayatollah Gholam Ali Safaei Bushehri on Tuesday night at the opening ceremony of the new academic year of the Bushehr Sisters Seminary, emphasizing the need to strengthen the propaganda activities of Sisters students in the conditions of the enemy's combined war, said: today, along with education, research and research, we must prioritize the propagation of religion and active presence in the cultural and social fields. Because an important part of countering the soft attack of the enemy is the responsibility of the seminaries and clergy.
Referring to the high position of science and scholars in Islamic teachings, the member of the Assembly of Leadership Experts said: God Almighty has reserved high degrees and a lofty position for the people of faith and especially the people of knowledge. In such a way that the status of a scientist has a position that cannot be described simply.
Referring to a story of the Prophet (PBUH) about comparing the scholars of the Ummah to the stars of the sky, he added: Just as people used the stars to find their way in the deserts and seas in the past, religious scholars show the right path to the society with their guidance and prevent people from going astray.
Stating that the mission of religious scholars is to lead the society towards perfection and happiness, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Bushehr Province stated: The scientific and spiritual status of scholars places a heavy responsibility on them, and this responsibility doubles the need to be more active in the field of preaching and guiding the society in the current situation.
Propagation of religion, the priority of seminaries in the conditions of combined war
Referring to the current conditions of the country and the multi-faceted attack of the enemy, Ayatollah Safai Bushehri said: If in the past years the main focus of seminaries was on lessons, discussion, research, and research, today, in addition to these activities, we must pay special attention to propaganda. Because the enemy has targeted the economic, cultural, political, social, scientific and technological fields in addition to the military attack.
He continued: The armed forces perform their duties in the field of military defense, and in addition to that, countering the enemy's soft attack and combined warfare also requires the active and intelligent presence of cultural and religious forces. An important part of this responsibility rests with the clergy and seminaries.
The representative of Wali-e-Faqih in Bushehr province pointed out the focus of Ma'and networks on the women's community and noted: Considering the pressures and efforts of the enemy to create intellectual and cultural deviations, the responsibility of student sisters in this field is heavier and they should be present in various cultural and social scenes with careful planning.
Emphasizing the necessity of joining Tablighi along with the education of sister students, he said: Education should be the basis of scientific and religious activities, but in the current situation, Jihad Tablighi should also be followed seriously and seminaries should have consistent and continuous planning to fulfill this role.
The presence of students in mosques, schools and universities should be strengthened
Ayatollah Safai Bushehri emphasized the necessity of field presence of students in various social fields and stated: "Sister students should attend popular gatherings, schools, universities and home meetings with proper planning and play their role of guidance, counseling and propagation."
He asked the directors of the Sisters seminaries to follow this issue seriously and added: It is necessary to form jihadi propaganda groups and to identify the villages of each city so that students can be regularly sent to these areas for lectures, cultural activities and providing needed services.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Bushehr province, referring to the capacity of home meetings to expand preaching activities, said: each student can gather a group of relatives, friends and young girls and by holding regular meetings, provide them with more familiarity and connection with religious teachings.
He continued: If every student takes the responsibility of guiding and training a group of people around him and the people present in these meetings can also communicate with other groups, a broad cultural and missionary movement will be formed.
Ayatollah Safai Bushehri emphasized that the active presence in this field is both a religious duty and a responsibility in accordance with the current conditions of the country, and called for a coherent planning for sending students to villages, attending schools and universities, and developing home meetings.
Governorship is the basis for the movement of seminaries
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Bushehr province, in another part of his speech, referring to the position of leadership in the Islamic system, considered gratitude for this blessing essential and said: gratitude for the blessing of leadership has three dimensions; First, heartfelt gratitude means believing that this blessing is from God; The second is the verbal gratitude and the third is the practical gratitude that is realized in following the orders and guidelines of the leadership.
Emphasizing the responsibility of the seminaries of the brothers and sisters in this regard, he added: The seminaries and clergy of Bushehr province should follow the guidelines of the supreme leader of the revolution, Ayatollah Siddimjatbi Hosseini Khamenei, and make this approach the basis of their activities.
Ayatollah Safai Bushehri stated that governorship is one of the key features of Bushehr province seminary and stated: This path should continue with recognition of responsibilities, adherence to Sharia duties and effective presence in the areas needed by the society.
Seminaries in the forefront of cultural defense of Islam and Iran
Referring to the country's war conditions, he emphasized the need to increase efforts and all-round preparation and said: In a situation where the country is facing both a hard war and a soft war, we should not neglect our responsibilities. Rather, it is necessary to defend Islam, Iranian identity, ideals and values of the country with all our might.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Bushehr province emphasized the role of the armed forces, seminaries and clergy in this direction and noted that the students' sisters also have an important responsibility and should play an effective role in the field of cultural and social defense according to the conditions.
Referring to the activities of the enemy in the cities and the media and social space, he added: seminaries and students should step in the path of protecting the religious beliefs and national identity of the society with accurate knowledge of the field, timely attendance and targeted activities.
At the end, Ayatollah Safai Bushehri pointed to the position of Bushehr province in the fields of Quran, resistance and governorship culture and stated: Bushehr province has valuable capacities in this field and these resources should be strengthened.
He also honored the memory of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Martyr Leader of the Revolution, and considered the beginning of the seminary school year without the presence of the Martyr Leader as a reminder of the heavy responsibility of the seminary community and expressed hope that the path and ideals of the Islamic Revolution will continue with strength until the advent of Hazrat Wali Asr (AS).
