Tractor fireworks cost 80 million
Tractor Club was sentenced to pay a fine of 80 million tomans for violations in the match against Esteghlal.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation announced its decision regarding Tractor Club's violations in the match against Esteghlal. According to this ruling, the Tabriz fans must pay a fine of 80 million tomans for a series of spectators' violations and also for the discrepancy in the ticket sales statistics.
In the text of the verdict, chanting insulting slogans by the Tractor spectators against official and unofficial officials, throwing mineral water on the field, throwing lasers in the face of the opposing players and using smoke and incendiary substances are among the reasons for condemning this club.
The other part of the ruling is related to ticket sales. The Disciplinary Committee considered the discrepancy between the number of tickets sold and the number of spectators present in the stadium as examples of violation of the general principles of behavior and considered it in issuing this decision along with other violations.
This is despite the fact that Traktor had warned his fans about this issue before this match. When the club announced the start of ticket sales on the 13th of Mehr, reminding of the previous fine for mismatching statistics, the club asked the spectators to buy online tickets before coming to the stadium so that the number of tickets sold matches the number of attendees.
In the table published by the disciplinary committee, this sentence is declared "definite" and "enforceable". The match between Tractor and Esteghlal in the eighth week of the Premier League was held on the 16th of Mehr at Yadgar Imam Stadium in Tabriz and ended with a 1-1 draw.
