474 MW of Solar Power Generated in South Khorasan

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Rahman Mahmoudi said: The installation of 75 smart engine room systems, the improvement of 44 engine room units and the production of 474 megawatt hours of electricity from the company's solar power plants have been done in the first six months of 1405.

He went on to say about the other measures taken by this company in the first half of this year: the implementation of intelligentization and improvement projects of engine houses and the development of electricity production from renewable sources are among the other measures of this company in line with the management of energy consumption and increasing productivity.

He also added: 75 smart system devices have been installed in the intelligentization of engine houses during this period, and the installation of another 105 devices is underway.

Mahmoudi also stated that since the beginning of this plan, 465 smart engine room systems have been installed for the beneficiaries.

Referring to the implementation of the engine house improvement project, he said: This project is implemented with the aim of managing and reducing the gas consumption of customers with central heating engine houses, and in this regard, in the first six months of this year, 26 subscribers with a total of 44 engine house units have benefited from this plan.

Mahmoudi noted: Since the beginning of the implementation of the engine house improvement plan, corrective measures have been taken for 1,225 subscribers, equivalent to 3,801 engine house units, which are aimed at improving the efficiency of heating equipment and gas consumption management.

According to him, the amount of electricity produced by solar power plants has reached 474 megawatt hours since the beginning of 1405, and the total electricity production since the beginning of operation has been 3,943 megawatt hours.

The CEO of South Khorasan Gas Company announced the continuation of the implementation of optimization plans and utilization of renewable energy capacity, which is one of the important axes of energy consumption management, and emphasized the necessity of developing effective measures in this field.
