Stating that the sustainable development of villages is dependent on the strengthening of production infrastructure, Fatehkhani requested the special support of the Vice President of Rural Affairs and Underprivileged Regions for the plans to cover rivers and increase water productivity in the agricultural sector.
He explained: many of these projects are not prioritized for the allocation of provincial travel credits due to not having a national credit line; While their implementation can have significant effects in increasing the satisfaction of villagers and strengthening the economy of rural areas with a lower cost.
The need to establish emergency bases in rural areas
In another part of his speech, referring to the needs of the healthcare sector, Governor Auj considered reducing the time it takes to transfer patients from the accident site to the first medical center as one of the necessities of rural areas.
Emphasizing the importance of developing emergency medical services, he said: The establishment of emergency centers in the required areas of the province can play an effective role in reducing the time it takes patients to access medical services.
Referring to the possibility of using the capacity of benefactors to build bases and provide ambulances, Fatehkhani requested the support of the government to issue the necessary permits and provide the basis for the construction of these centers in qualified areas.
Tourism and rural roads; Two capacities of economic development
Referring to the tourism capacities of Qazvin Province, he said: "With the planned plans, the goal is to turn Qazvin from a passing route for tourists into a destination for tourists to stay and stay."
Referring to the tourism capacities in different regions of the province, including Alamut in the north of Qazvin and the southern villages of the province, Governor Auj considered investment in this area as an opportunity for economic prosperity and creating stable income in rural areas.
Also referring to the state of rural roads, Fatehkhani stated: 133 villages in the province are facing the problem of lack of rural roads and the implementation of these projects may take years by relying solely on government funds.
Referring to the experience of implementing four rural road projects last year with the participation of the people and the cooperation of the executive bodies, he added: In this model, bitumen was provided through the responsible bodies and part of the financial resources were provided with the participation of residents and benefactors.
In the end, Governor Auj requested the government's support for the development of this cooperative model and the provision of the necessary facilities for the implementation of rural roads and emphasized: using the capacity of people and benefactors along with the support of executive bodies can speed up the process of completing rural infrastructure.
