WhatsApp has launched message scheduling, a feature that allows users to set an exact date and time to send their messages in the future.

After months of development, the new WhatsApp feature is now available on the Google Play Store in a limited way for Android beta users. This feature allows them to schedule their messages in individual or group chats to be sent at a specific time.

How WhatsApp works and manages scheduling messages

This feature sends text messages, links, photos, and (one item) video with end-to-end encryption, even when the device is offline. By holding the send button, the delivery time (10 minutes to two weeks) can be determined and managed from the chat information section.
