Holding 21 Specialized Sessions to Explain the Thought of the Martyred Leader of the Revolution

The deputy for research at the Office for Preserving and Publishing the Works of the Martyred Leader of the Revolution announced plans to hold 21 specialized sessions over a five- to ten-year period to explain his intellectual system.

Ambassador Arjan-Political Group: The 10th pre-meeting of the international conference of Imam Mujahid Martyr School titled "Principles governing the governance of Imam Mujahid Martyr" was held at the Academy of Sciences of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In this pre-meeting, Mohammad Ishaghi, Deputy Director of Research at the Office of the Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Martyr of the Revolutionary Leader, explained the planning process for holding this conference and drafting the governing charter of Imam Mujahid Martyr. be."

In this meeting, referring to the joint agendas of the held meetings, Ishaghi said: "Part of the programs is dedicated to the first international exhibition of Imam School, which various groups are working to hold. "Discussions have been held in previous meetings about how to activate the existing capacities in the country."

Referring to the content agenda of this meeting, he added: "Besides provincial issues and follow-up of approvals, content issues are also on the agenda, and the issue of the governance charter of Imam Mujahid Shahid is one of the axes that will be discussed in this meeting." Its purpose is to provide a suitable ground for expert discussions and presentation of scientific solutions with prior preparation and using professors' views.

Referring to the beginning of the activities of the conference on July 10th and the publication of its call, the research deputy of the Office of the Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Martyr of the Revolution said: "Next to the main conference, which is a comprehensive and comprehensive event, 21 specialized meetings have been organized with the participation of various institutions and organizations. These conferences are held on various topics and at different time stations, and provide the possibility of expert examination of various aspects of the school of thought of the Martyr of the Revolutionary Leader.

Referring to some of the topics of these meetings, he continued: "In the field of the legal thoughts of the Martyr of the Revolution, the issue of law and legislation is being followed up with the participation of the Guardian Council Research Institute and under the responsibility of Dr. Kodkhodaei and his colleagues, which is scheduled to be held on the 12th of December, at the same time as the Constitution Day."

Ishaghi added: "The subject of social theology and the social discourse of the revolutionary leader's thoughts is also included in the programs and it is supposed to be addressed on the occasion of the World Philosophy Day. Also, the issue of Iranian Islamic culture and identity is followed with the participation of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution.

Referring to the programs in the field of science and technology, he said: "Science Culture has organized this matter with the cooperation of a group of scientific institutions, and plans have been made for it. Similar activities are being carried out in the field of women and family and other specialized subjects.

Referring to the meetings held with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the deputies of this ministry, the research deputy of the Office of the Preservation and Publication of the Martyr of the Revolutionary Leader stated: "In the discussions conducted, it was decided that the main research institutes and major universities and universities of the first level of the country, according to their capacity and expertise, should undertake the examination of important issues such as economy, social issues and art."

He emphasized: "This division of work does not mean limiting the activities of designated institutions and does not create an obstacle for the participation of other universities, research institutes and scientific collections; Rather, the goal is to organize capacities and prevent dispersion of activities."

Referring to the role of seminaries in this program, Ishaghi added: "Qom seminary, in cooperation with Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, and Khuzestan seminaries, follows the issue of Imam Mujahid Martyr's school of jurisprudence in order to examine the various aspects of his jurisprudence in a specialized manner."

He also announced plans to hold several summits in the field of defense and security and said: "The Holy Defense Science and Education Institute, under the responsibility of Sardar Rahim Safavi, has started extensive activities in the field of defense and security school. Collections related to this field have also put the issue of resistance and activities related to the Quds Force on the agenda, and several specialized titles are being organized.

Emphasis on the long-term view of the school of thought of the revolutionary leader

Referring to the breadth of topics related to the intellectual system of the Martyr of the Revolution, Ishaghi clarified: "Some professors in previous meetings emphasized the generality of the title of the conference, but the purpose of its design is to provide a comprehensive platform for examining the various dimensions of his school of thought; A platform that can be followed in a more specialized way in the coming years."

He added: "The number of specialized conferences may reach 40 titles in the future; Because the topics related to the intellectual system of the Martyr of the Revolution and the thirteen axes of Imam Mujahid's school are very broad and each one has the capacity of deep and multi-layered investigation.

The Research Deputy of the Office of Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Martyr of the Revolutionary Leader noted: "These activities should not be defined only for a conference. It is necessary to look at them as a scientific and continuous project at least in a period of five to 10 years. Every part of this intellectual system should be examined like a piece of a big puzzle, with a specific scientific group, academic board and expert council, so that finally the various components together present a coherent picture of his school of thought.

Necessity of participation of professors and formation of specialized scientific groups

Referring to the activities of scientific working groups related to the conference, he said: "Law working group, Islamic sciences working group and other related groups have their specialized capacities to advance the discussions. Due to the time limit of the meetings, it is necessary to use the capacity of these groups in a targeted way and professors should participate in the discussions according to their specialized field.

Emphasizing the role of professors in the development of the content of the conference, Eshaghi said: "In addition to presenting expert views, professors are also expected to participate in compiling articles and pursuing scientific activities. "Some professors have accepted certain topics in the past meetings, and follow-ups are ongoing to receive articles and complete content activities."

He added: "Essay writing by professors and the participation of scientific groups is the minimum measure that can provide the basis for recording and presenting their scientific views in this conference." In the future, the capacity of student groups, university organizations, ministries and scientific collections should be used to expand activities."

Receiving about 180 articles to the conference secretariat

Referring to the process of receiving articles, the research deputy of the Office of the Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Martyr of the Revolutionary Leader said: "According to the report presented by the secretariat, about 180 articles have been sent to the conference website so far. Out of this number, about 50 articles on law and legislation have been received, which are in the process of judging.

He continued: "In some specialized conferences, the order of special articles has been placed on the agenda and articles are being received. The goal is to use these works after gathering, evaluating and judging them in the scientific process of the conference.

Emphasizing the necessity of content management of this process, Ishaghi stated: "It is not enough to just receive an article, but the topics must be properly defined, the works corresponding to each axis must be provided to experts, and the necessary follow-up for the production of high-quality scientific content must be done. Along with articles, scientific meetings and roundtables can help to deepen the topics and identify new points of view.

The cooperation of the media to explain the different dimensions of the intellectual system

Pointing to the necessity of using the capacity of the media, he stated: "It is necessary for the media to participate in this program by dividing the subject and according to their specialized field; For example, it is possible to entrust the investigation of the Quranic thoughts of the leader of the revolutionary martyr to the active media in this field, and follow up on student issues and other specialized areas with the participation of related media.

Eshaghi added: "Newspapers such as Kihan, Information, Javan, and Safir Arjan can also choose one of the themes of the conference by forming specialized groups and address it continuously. Such an approach will make the topics of the conference go beyond the scope of specialized meetings and will be noticed in the public space of the society as well.

Referring to the schedule of the conference, he said: "The specialized meetings will start in November and will continue in the following months. The main and final stations of the planned programs for this period are considered around the 4th and 5th of March; However, this time does not mean the end of scientific activities, and the grounds for their continuation in the following years should be provided."

Investigating the personal, social and governance life of the revolutionary leader

In another part of his speech, Eshaghi emphasized the need to pay attention to the practical life of the martyred leader of the revolution and said: "Besides his thoughts and theories, examining his personal and behavioral life is also of great importance; According to him, this field has not received enough attention and is still facing serious research shortages.

He added: "Various aspects of their individual and social lives, including the way they behave with their families and different social groups, should be investigated with appropriate scientific and research methods; Also, his governance as the leader of the Islamic society, principles governing decisions, management patterns and performance results should be studied in a documented and methodical manner.

Referring to some activities of scientific centers in this field, the Research Deputy of the Office of the Preservation and Publishing of the Works of the Martyr of the Revolutionary Leader stated: "Colleges such as Shahid Beheshti School and National Defense University have put the issue of governance on their agenda; Also, suggestions have been made to examine the governance of Shahid Beheshti and use the experiences and models related to it.

He continued: "In the field of Mahdism, the Office of Islamic Propaganda also investigates the issue of Mahdism from the perspective of the revolutionary leader's thoughts and derives the theory of expectation; Also, topics such as additional governance, future Iran, perspective, general policies and upcoming challenges can be examined in the framework of the cooperation of specialized centers and national institutions.

Elaboration of governance charter based on valid documents

Referring to the main agenda of the meeting about the governance charter of Imam Mujahid Martyr, Ishaghi stated: "One of the important tasks of this collection is organizing scientific discussions about the principles and models of governance of the Martyr Leader of the Revolution and compiling a coherent framework for presenting these ideas."

He added: "In this direction, it is necessary to collect the views of professors and experts and examine the initial frameworks, and use the capacity of think tanks, expert panels, and elite meetings to complete and correct the contents. This process should proceed in such a way that after many discussions and reviews, the edited content will have the necessary scientific support and credibility."

The research deputy of the Office of Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Martyr of the Revolution emphasized: "The materials attributed to the Martyr of the Revolution must be documented, substantiated and authentic." Before, it was possible to present some of these materials to them and receive direct opinions, but now scientific methods and the capacity of experts and experts must be used to validate and ensure the correctness of the attribution of views.

He pointed out: "The ultimate goal is to formulate a coherent and reliable framework by carefully examining the foundations, goals and principles of governance, and use these ideas in explaining the path of the Islamic Revolution and realizing its goals, including in the framework of the second step of the Islamic Revolution."

Ishaghi emphasized the necessity of division of work among scientific institutions and centers, utilization of the capacity of universities and research institutes, participation of professors and researchers, and continuity of scientific activities, and demanded that each of the responsible groups, according to their mission and capacity, take a specific contribution in advancing this scientific project.
