Ambassador Arjan: The secretary of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace announced the removal of the classification of the 32-clause approval document and said: The 32-clause document of cyberspace will be published today without classification and everyone can see its content and approvals.

The press conference of Seyed Mohammad Amin Aghamiri, the secretary of the Supreme Council and the head of the National Center for Cyberspace, was held this Tuesday morning with the presence of a group of domestic and foreign media and cyberspace activists.

Seyyed Mohammad Amin Aghamiri said in a press conference in response to Ambassador Arjan about the latest status of the 32-clause resolution and facilitating access to foreign platforms: The 32-clause resolution was a concern in which, considering the conditions of the country, the amount of use of filtered platforms was discussed in the framework of discussions. In the field of virtual space, it is natural that any policy we have should be constantly updated and upgraded based on the conditions according to the rapid changes in technology and environment.

The head of the National Center for Cyberspace stated that the main reason for forming the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and not handing over this area to traditional legislative processes was to maintain the speed of action in the face of technological change. In this regard and after evaluating the effectiveness of the existing policies, several meetings were held with the presence of various institutions, the result of which was the approval of the "32-point document" to create new mechanisms in the field of positive and access in four stages.

According to him, at the time of approval, this document was classified as confidential due to the sensitivity of some devices, but with the investigations of the National Center for Cyberspace and the elimination of past sensitivities, its classification has been removed and will soon be published publicly so that its details and steps are available to everyone.
