Ludab: From Teacher Shortages to Educational Equipment in Schools

Ludab - The head of Ludab's Education Department said that schools in Ludab, despite the efforts of the education staff, still face infrastructure shortages and a lack of teachers.

Lodab, head of Lodab education, said: Lodab schools are still facing infrastructure and teacher shortages despite the efforts of the educational complex.

According to Mehr reporter, in the meeting of Lodab Administrative Council on Tuesday evening, referring to the problems of the schools in this area, he stated: Since accepting the responsibility of Lodab education, the lack of basic equipment in some schools, including whiteboards, teacher's chairs, and computers, has been one of the issues we have faced.

He stated that most of the schools in the region operate face-to-face, and added: Despite the existing problems, more than 85 percent of schools in the region have been operating face-to-face, and fortunately, no special problems were reported in the process of holding exams and educational activities.

Referring to the measures taken for the beginning of the school year, Lodab Head of Education said: With the cooperation of colleagues, schools were organized in an orderly atmosphere, but the resignation of some teachers and the use of unpaid leave by some others caused problems in the provision of human resources for schools.

Lack of teachers in some Lodab schools

Referring to the situation of manpower in some villages, the elementary school teacher stated: The school of Baloch village, which has recently been restored, is facing the problem of providing teachers, and this issue shows the need to pay more attention to the distribution of manpower in deprived areas.

Criticizing the allocation of some teaching staff, he said: In one of the cases, a permit was issued for the Hyderabad school to recruit a teacher in the field of mathematics, but there was no news of the teacher's presence in the school until the 20th of October. In the follow-up, it was announced that this force is teaching in Yasouj.

Head of Education Lodab continued: When a specialized force is considered for a school in a deprived area, it is expected that this force will appear at the same place of service; Because the transfer of troops to more privileged areas, regardless of the needs of deprived schools, will aggravate the educational problems of these areas.

Worn-out equipment and schools' deprivation of facilities

Emphasizing the necessity of fair distribution of educational equipment, the elementary school teacher said: while some schools have several computers, some schools in Lodab are deprived of even a computer system, and this difference in facilities creates unequal conditions for students.

Pointing to the wear and tear of the cars used in the educational complex of the region, he added: the cars that have been provided to Ludab education since the past years are no longer responsive to today's needs; However, this area is still deprived of receiving new cars.

The Head of Lodab Education stated that the geographic conditions of the region make it more difficult to provide educational services, and stated: The dispersion of villages and the distance between schools has doubled the necessity of having proper facilities and equipment, and the needs of Lodab cannot be compared with those of well-off and concentrated areas.

The need for officials to pay attention to Lodab's educational demands

Pointing to the condition of some schools in the region, the elementary school teacher said: Shahid Hedayati Nasab school in Chitab city is also one of the schools whose educational environment and facilities need to be investigated and addressed, and we expect the relevant authorities to take action to solve the problems of these schools.

Appreciating the follow-up of the city officials and the people's representative in the Islamic Council, he emphasized: We expect that the problems of Lodab education will be followed up seriously and the real needs of the schools in the region will be taken into account in the allocation of equipment, manpower and support facilities.

The Head of Education Lodab added: The students of this region should not be deprived of suitable educational facilities due to geographical deprivation and it is necessary to solve the deficiencies of schools in a practical and continuous manner along with planning for educational development.
