In continuation of the support and de-escalation measures for the protection of the trees along the Shahjovi route of the Balde World Aqueduct, the second and third stages of the rescue operation and vegetation restoration were implemented with the joint cooperation and synergy of urban and local institutions.
According to the report of Aria Heritage reporter, after the initial measures, the second stage of this project, including solution and supplementary feeding of the damaged trees in the area of "Sartakht Street", was carried out with the active participation of the personnel of the Green Space Unit of Ferdous Municipality in order to accelerate the process of returning freshness and reducing plant stress.
Also, in the third stage, one of the most important technical measures, i.e. covering the damaged roots of trees with suitable agricultural soil, was implemented. Before use, this soil was sampled and after conducting the necessary tests, it was approved by a specialized laboratory. This part of the operation was completed with the joint cooperation of the labor forces of Miah Beldeh office and green space workers of Baghstan municipality and with the close supervision of the experts of the green space unit of Ferdous municipality.
Kazem Shabnamzadeh, the head of Ferdows County Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department, while appreciating this valuable cooperation and synergy, appreciated the efforts of Ferdows Municipality, Baghstan Municipality and Miah Beldeh office and stated: Protecting the natural heritage and ecosystem of Beldeh Global Aqueduct is a cross-sectoral responsibility. Fortunately, with the interaction and empathy created between the relevant institutions, these technical and scientific steps are being carefully implemented to minimize the risks caused by the recent tensions and preserve the health of these valuable trees.
