Who are eligible to increase the credit of Kalaberg?

According to the deputy minister of labor, needy people who are not covered by the relief committee and the welfare organization can also be included in the plan to increase the credit of Kalaberg if their needs are approved by these institutions.

Referring to the review process of the plan to increase Kalaberg, Yacoub Andayesh said: The issue of increasing Kalaberg has been discussed in the government for a long time, and the president, the first vice president and other members of the government had also made promises in this regard. In this regard, several meetings were held in the economic commission of the government, and after that, the implementation plan was presented to the government. After presenting the guidelines, the government appointed a working group consisting of the Program and Budget Organization, the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to follow up the implementation of the plan.

The deputy welfare and economic affairs of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare continued by referring to the review of the financial resources needed for this project: the provision of resources was the responsibility of the Program and Budget Organization and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance. Also, the Ministry of Communications cooperates in the field of electronic infrastructure and SMS sending, and information is also done with the participation of the government's information headquarters.

He said about the method of identifying beneficiaries: The Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, in cooperation with the country's tax affairs organization, tracks the identification of beneficiaries by matching the information of the Iranian welfare database with the economic information available in the economic folder of Iranians.

Referring to the designated groups to benefit from this plan, this official stated: According to the decision of the economic coordination headquarters of the government, the members of the Imam Khomeini (RA) relief committee and the welfare organization are given priority. Also, the needy people who are not covered by these two institutions but are recognized by them as needy, including those who are behind the queue to receive support and those who receive ad hoc assistance, are included in the eligible groups. Another group of beneficiaries are people who do not have a car or property and their income is less than the limit set in the decree.

Endayesh stated that the final responsibility for the implementation of the project has been assigned to the program and budget organization, and said: This organization has been in charge of holding coordination meetings and has accepted responsibilities such as providing resources, sending text messages in cooperation with related institutions, providing the possibility of self-declaration in the "My Government" system, and paying the final beneficiary.

The deputy welfare and economic affairs of the Ministry of Cooperatives, who spoke in a TV program, said: "The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare also cooperates with the Program and Budget Organization and other responsible institutions for the implementation of this plan, considering its 10-year experience in implementing support projects."
