Imam Juma Zabul: Security of Sistan and Baluchistan requires serious measures

Zabul - Imam Juma of Zabul, by condemning the recent terrorist incidents, demanded serious follow-up by the authorities to ensure the security of the people of Sistan and Baluchistan and prevent the recurrence of these incidents.

According to the reporter of Mehr, Hojjatul-Islamwal-Muslimin Purandakht, in the second sermon of the Friday prayer on the 24th of the month of Zabul, while congratulating the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (PBUH) and Nurses' Day, appreciated the efforts of the medical staff and the services of the nurses.

Referring to the position of the nursing profession, he said: Nursing is not just a job, but a manifestation of responsibility and serving people. Despite the many difficulties of this profession, nurses strive to maintain the health of patients and their services have a high spiritual value.

Imam Juma Zabul emphasized the need to pay attention to the demands of this group and added: Livelihood, legal and insurance issues of nurses should be taken into consideration and their demands should be properly followed up.

Emphasis on the development of sports and the knowledge of Nahj al-Balagha

Purandakht continued by referring to the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hazrat Jafar bin Abi Talib (a.s.) and spoke about parts of his life and the virtue of Jafar Tayyar's prayer, and by recalling the place of this character in the history of Islam, he emphasized the importance of using religious teachings.

Congratulating on the Physical Education Day, he considered public exercise and attention to the physical education of students as one of the necessities of the society and said: In addition to ensuring the physical and mental health of people, sports can be the foundation of the country's pride in international competitions.

Referring to the anniversary of the Battle of Jamal, Imam Juma Zabul emphasized the necessity of knowing the history of the rule of Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (a.s.) and studying Nahj al-Balagha and considered the knowledge of this book as a way to gain a deeper understanding of the teachings of the Holy Quran.

Condemning terrorist incidents and demanding consideration of the families of the martyrs

In another part of his speech, Pourandekht condemned the recent terrorist incidents and demanded to deal with the perpetrators of these incidents.

He also honored the memory of Imam Khomeini (RA), the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution and the martyrs of the recent events, and expressed his condolences to their families and expressed hope that the demands of the bereaved families would be followed seriously.

The Friday imam of Zabul appreciated the presence of people with different tastes and backgrounds, including Shia and Sunni, in the Friday prayer, and considered this presence as a sign of people's concern for the issues of the society and also appreciated the representatives of the people of Sistan in the Islamic Council.

Request from the national authorities to ensure the security of the province

Emphasizing the necessity of dealing with the security issues of Sistan and Baluchistan, he said: We expect the president, the interior minister, the Supreme National Security Council and the National Security Commission of the Parliament to seriously pursue the issue of the security of the borders of Baluchistan and the province.

Pointing to the economic capacities of the borders, Pourandekht added: In addition to using the economic opportunities of the border areas and paying attention to the demands of the people of Balochistan, ensuring security should also be prioritized and serious and effective measures should be taken in this regard.

He emphasized: The people of Sistan-Baluchistan should not grieve their loved ones due to terrorist incidents and insecurity, and it is expected that the authorities will prevent the recurrence of such incidents by carefully investigating the incidents and taking necessary measures.
