More than a year after her death, fans of Ozzy Osbourne will be able to relive her final performance through an upcoming concert film.

Sharon Osbourne recently shared her reaction to Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning, which hit theaters on October 25, adding that her late husband felt like a "lucky bastard" after seeing director Ben Wainwright-Pierce's (Taylor Swift: The Eras Michaelur: The Eras Tour) documentary.

Osborne told Rolling Stone, "It was very hard to see a lot of this movie. I had to, but it was very, very hard." "It's bittersweet. It's amazing. Everything about the show was amazing and it's just such a joyous occasion that will go down in music history. I'm so proud of it and for my husband and everyone involved, I'm so grateful for their time, effort and dedication."

Noting that Ozzy was "in hospital in England for a week" before the July 5, 2025 concert, Sharon recalled that his doctors "advised us not to do the show," but he was determined. Watch on Deadline

She revealed: "They said he was going to kill her. We were all together and Ozzy said, 'That's not an option.' That's what I want." He said, "I know I'm dying. If I lose a few months of my life, I want to go this way. This is what I want."

Ozzie died at age 76 weeks later on July 22, 2025 of a heart attack after a lifetime of coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease.

When asked what Ozzy thought of the concert footage, Sharon speculated, "He's saying, 'How lucky am I?' He's saying, 'I'm a lucky bastard.' And he knew it. He never took anything for granted."

Five years after Sony Pictures and Polygram Entertainment were said to be developing a project, the family of the late Black Sabbath singer is also developing a biopic about him.
