Explaining the plans for the anniversary of the burning of Kerman Jame Mosque

Kerman- The head of the Islamic Propaganda Coordination Council of Kerman province, honoring the memory of the martyrs of 24th of Mehr, explained the plans for commemorating the anniversary of the burning of the Jame Mosque in Kerman.

According to the report of Mehr reporter, Hossein Anjam Shua'a, referring to the historical place of 24 Mehr in the struggle of the people of Kerman and the victory of the Islamic Revolution, said on Monday night: 24 Mehr is one of the significant days in the history of the Islamic Revolution and the struggles of the people of Kerman, which played an important role in accelerating the victory of the revolution.

He added: On the 24th day of Mehr 1357, at the invitation of the Kerman clergy, a large gathering was held to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the martyrs of 17 Shahrivar in Jhale Square, Tehran, which was attended by a large number of people.

He continued: This community was attacked by the forces of the Pahlavi government, and during this attack, a number of people were injured and two people were martyred, including the powerful martyr and the knowledgeable martyr of Yazdan.

The head of the Islamic Propaganda Coordination Council of Kerman Province stated that a commemoration of this event is held every year, and said: This year, various programs have been planned on the occasion of the 24th of Mehr anniversary in Kerman city, among the most important of which, we can mention the central ceremony of commemorating this day and the memorial of the martyrs of the 24th of Mehr event.

He continued: This ceremony will be held on Thursday, 23 Mehr, at 18:00 in Kerman Jame Mosque, and the unveiling of the book "History of Kerman Jame Mosque" will be one of its parts, a part of this book is dedicated to the events of 24 Mehr.

Referring to other planned programs, Anjam Shua'a said: The ceremony of showering flowers on the grave and renewing the covenant with the mighty martyr will also be held on Saturday, October 25, at 8:30 am at the burial place of this beloved martyr.

He announced the holding of storytelling programs for students and said: From 25th to 29th Mehr, students will attend Kerman Grand Mosque in the form of group programs and learn about the historical events of 24th Mehr.

He added: This program will continue for five days and Salari, the author of the book "History of Kerman Grand Mosque", will be in charge of narrating these events.

The head of the Islamic Propaganda Coordination Council of Kerman province also announced the implementation of special programs in the schools of this province and added: the morning of schools across Kerman province on Saturday 25 Mehr will be accompanied by the implementation of special programs related to the 24 Mehr event.

He pointed out: Live broadcast of a television program from Kerman Grand Mosque on the 23rd of Mehr, production and broadcast of radio and television programs during the days of commemoration, as well as the implementation of advertising programs, information and environment creation are among the other measures planned to commemorate this occasion.

In the end, Anjam Shua'a invited the martyr-loving and revolutionary people of Kerman to attend the commemoration ceremony of 24 Mehr and the memorial of the martyrs of this event and emphasized: We hope that the people of Kerman province will once again honor the memory of the martyrs of this historical day by actively participating in these programs.
