Latest Traffic Situation on Iran's Roads / Travelers Should Read Before Setting Out

According to the latest reports, traffic is flowing smoothly on northern routes, but heavy traffic has been reported on parts of the Qazvin–Karaj–Tehran freeway and several other busy routes.

Ambassador Arjan: According to the latest reports, traffic is smooth in the northern axes, but heavy traffic has been reported in parts of the Qazvin-Karaj-Tehran freeway and some other busy roads.

Car traffic is smooth in the northern axes and there is heavy traffic on the Qazvin-Karaj-Tehran freeway.

At present, there is heavy traffic in the Qazvin-Karaj-Tehran freeway from the standard range to Kalak bridge, the Karaj-Qazvin freeway from Golshahr to Hesarek bridge, the Saveh-Hamadan freeway from Nasimshahr to Raziabad and the Shahriar-Tehran axis in some areas.

Vehicle traffic is smooth in Chalus, Heraz, Firouzkoh, Old Tehran-Bomohan, Tehran-Paridis freeway, Tehran-North freeway and Qazvin-Rasht freeway.
