Moscow: We Have Only Seen US-Europe Ukraine Peace Plan in Media

The Kremlin spokesperson, regarding reports on the "US-Europe peace plan for Ukraine," said the Kremlin has only seen it in the media.

The spokesman of the Kremlin said that he only saw it in the media regarding some news about the "U.S.-European peace plan for Ukraine".

According to Ambassador Arjan's report, quoted by Tass, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Kremlin, announced in a speech on Tuesday: Russia will continue to supply a competitive product to the global oil market. We do not see any direct connection between the US decision regarding Russian diesel and Moscow's position in the negotiations.

The Kremlin spokesman then added: European countries are also buyers of Russian oil like other countries in the world. The Russian-American agreement on diesel fuel is in line with the interests of the United States, global energy markets, and Russia. The intention of the European Union to impose sanctions against Russia in response to the US decision on diesel fuel can prevent the implementation of the agreement between the two countries.

Peskov then added: So far, Moscow has only seen media reports about the US-European peace plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Washington Post columnist David Ignatius reported, quoting informed sources, that America and Europe are developing a joint proposal to resolve the war in Ukraine.

The Washington Post columnist claimed that the proposed plan has 4 main axes and is supposed to consider the economic and security interests of Ukraine and Russia as a basis for agreement on territorial issues.
