Possible Extension of Kalabarg Registration Deadline; Apology for System Disruption

The adviser to the head of the Plan and Budget Organization apologized for disruptions in the system and reported the possibility of extending the deadline for registering information to increase Kalabarg credit.

According to Mehr reporter, Mahmoud Melkootikhah, the advisor to the head of the country's program and budget organization, said in a televised interview about the government's decision to increase the credit of Kalaberg: The main issue of increasing the credit of Kalaberg was discussed with the presence of economic institutions in the government and the economic commission, and a decision was made regarding it. He added that in the regulation that was compiled for this purpose, responsibilities such as identifying the beneficiaries of the plan, providing the required resources and determining the implementation time have been assigned to the relevant institutions.

He further pointed out: Considering that the responsibility of implementing this plan is entrusted to the trustee body, the notification time as well as the date of its implementation will be determined depending on the recognition of the same body and taking into account the state of financial resources and the required information. In the meantime, he denied the rumors that the self-declaration process has been postponed until next month.

Malkootikhah explained about the disruption in the registration portal and the possibility of extending this deadline: According to the report provided by the Information Technology Organization, about 40 million visits have been registered to this portal, while this action should have been done only by the heads of households. This high volume of unrelated references caused the system to have problems in responding to requests and there were outages, for which we apologize to the people.

Regarding the extension of the deadline for registration of household information, the advisor of the head of the Program and Budget Organization stated: Our prediction is that the registration deadline will be extended, but first, it is necessary to carry out necessary investigations until the end of Tuesday (October 21), which was notified as the last deadline, in order to determine what proportion of the target community has managed to register their information. After that, a decision will be made about the next steps of registration and how to inform the people.

Regarding the payment execution process, he said: In the first stage, the information of those who have completed the relevant forms will be checked and recorded so that credit payments can be made for them. Then, in the next stage, the necessary notifications will be made so that people who did not succeed in completing their information in the first round, have the opportunity to do so.

In response to the question of whether those who did not succeed in verifying the information in the initial deadline have the possibility to complete the information and benefit from the credit increase in the later stages, Malkootikhah clarified: This possibility can be fully pursued in the framework of the next stages of information registration.

This official in the program and budget organization emphasized at the end: it is necessary for people to register their information in the system. After the head of the household answers the six questions asked and goes through the relevant steps successfully, the system will display the information registration confirmation message and after completing this process, credit payment will be made for this group of people.
