The latest video published by the famous whistleblower, CyberLeek, has once again heated up the speculation surrounding the world of GTA 6.

In the final seconds of the video, shots of an urban area are seen that bear little resemblance to the sunny and approved environments of Vice City. This visual contrast has led many fans to believe that Rockstar Games will probably transport players to another city in parts of the story. Although Cyberleak claims that these images were taken directly from the game's final missions, this claim has not yet been confirmed by any independent source.

Spoiler alert: The rest of this report contains descriptions of images attributed to the final missions of GTA 6 and the possible identity of one of the areas seen in the game.

The most prominent theory currently circulating among fans is that the city seen in these new images is possibly Liberty City, the fictional version of New York in the Grand Theft Auto universe. The final part of the controversial video The End of the Road shows a series of cinematic shots that include a suspension bridge, dense residential structures, waterfront buildings and finally, a glimpse of a giant metropolis on the horizon. Many users, immediately after watching this different atmosphere, have raised the possibility of returning to Liberty City.

Cyberleak himself had previously announced that these images were selected from the critical final missions of GTA 6, but they were deliberately edited and published without any story background to avoid revealing the ending of the story. Accordingly, even assuming the authenticity and authenticity of these images, it is still unclear whether this new area is a fully explorable environment in the course of gameplay, is only used in a specific linear mission, or is just a passing cinematic view of a distant location.

However, an official and confirmed clue has given the theory of Liberty City's presence more weight and credibility. Rockstar Games had previously officially confirmed in the introduction of the biography of the character of Lucia Caminos that she and her mother had spent a period of their lives in Liberty City before the events of GTA 6 began. In the official description of this character, it is stated that Lucia dreams of achieving the same good life and dream that her mother had since living in Liberty City. Although this hint was previously only seen as part of Lucia's backstory, now that these images have been revealed, fans are speculating that the story will at some point return players to the streets of this memorable city.

Of course, in the meantime, there is a simpler and more logical hypothesis. Rockstar Games previously confirmed that the northern parts of Leonidas will include areas such as Kalaga Mountain, and the game world will not be limited to the tropical beaches of Vice City and the atmosphere of the southern regions. These northern parts of the map have a more forested, mountainous, and elevated texture, and sources describe their visual atmosphere as close to the real-world geographies of Georgia and the Carolinas. Therefore, the cityscape seen in Lorfet's video may simply be an unknown urban area in northern Leonidas, or even part of a neighboring state, and have nothing to do with Liberty City.

On the other hand, it should be kept in mind that in all the official statements and information released to date, Rockstar Games has introduced only Vice City and the state of Leonidas as the main environment and platform of GTA 6. In the official synopsis of the game, it is clearly stated that Jason and Lucia are involved in a dangerous conspiracy, the scope of which is spread throughout the state of Leonida, and so far there has been no official and direct reference to the possibility of traveling to Liberty City or any other city outside the borders of this state.

On the other hand, this is not the first time that traces of a modern and newer version of Liberty City can be seen in Rockstar Games' internal projects. In 2016, a stunning image of a restored example of the famous Middle Park (located in Liberty City) was discovered on the personal resume of Adrian Page, one of Rockstar's senior artists. The environment was created using the enhanced RAGE graphics engine, and at the same time, fueled rumors about the creation of a story expansion pack for GTA 5 or even a project related to the next version of the series; In the end, though, it was never made clear what exactly this graphic rendering was for and what project it was made for.

GTA 6 game will be released on 28 Aban (19 November) for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

The GTA game series has an adult age rating; Therefore, it is necessary for families to monitor the access of children and teenagers.
