American-Zionist joint exercise in Iraq and its dangerous consequences

While some media sources are announcing the holding of a joint American-Zionist maneuver in the skies of Iraq, an Arabic-language newspaper explained the consequences of this dangerous action.

According to Ambassador Arjan, the electronic newspaper Rai Elyoum in a report referring to the publication of news by media sources about the joint military exercise between the United States and the Zionist regime in the skies of Iraq on the night of October 12 of this month, wrote that in this military exercise, F-16 and F-35 fighters along with aerial refueling planes participated.

The author pointed out that no official reaction has been expressed by the Iraqi government to this clear violation of airspace; He added that the holding of this exercise is completely in contradiction with the declared position of Iraq, because the Iraqi government has declared that Iraq will never be a party to any of the wars and conflicts in the region and will not allow its land and sky to be a platform for attacks against neighboring countries, especially Iran.

At the same time as this aggression, "Tom Barak", the US representative in Iraq and Syria, in a meeting with Iraqi officials and in the presence of the US ambassador or chargé d'affaires in Iraq, stated that the US supports Nineveh province and strengthening relations with it.

The author of this article adds that this joint American-Zionist exercise carries several messages:

First, the United States does not respect the sovereignty of Iraq and its stated and neutral stance towards conflicts and wars in which Iraq is not a party.

Second, it is the United States that has full control of the sovereignty over the skies and space of Iraq.

Third, America's speech and behavior regarding its relations with Iraq are contradictory.

Fourth, the decision-makers of the White House, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of War and the National Security Council of the United States during this joint exercise with the Zionist regime, did not have any concerns about the effect of this aggression on bilateral relations; Rather, on the contrary, they are fully confident about the stability of these relations and their continuity and the level of relations will not be affected.

Al-Iyoum's opinion adds that the Iraqi government did not object to this violation; Especially since this action was carried out with the participation of a regime that is still in a state of war or enmity with Iraq.

In the end, this article stated that it is true that America is still holding Iraq's oil dollars hostage, but this does not justify the silence of the government against the encroachment of the US and the Zionist regime on Iraq's air sovereignty.
