Apartments Without Title Deeds to Be Resolved

The spokesperson for the Registration Organization of Deeds and Properties, referring to the implementation of the law requiring registration of real estate transactions, said regulations on apartments without title deeds are about to be approved, under which title deeds for these units will become possible by paying a fine and debt proportionate to each unit's share.
