The Supreme Supervisory Board of the Assembly reviewed the plan "Urgent inquiry of Article (1) of the Law on Requirements and Provisions of Annual Budgets and Row (4-5) of the table of expenditure requirements of the Budget Law 1405 of the whole country".

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, in today's meeting (October 21, 1405) of the High Monitoring Board, which was held under the chairmanship of Abbas Ali Kadkhodaei, head of the Assembly Secretariat, and with the presence of the majority of members and representatives of the heads of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, as well as the Vice Speaker of the Parliament and the head of the Parliament's Construction Commission, the inquiry of the Islamic Council was examined.

At the beginning of the meeting, the review report of the "Economic, Commercial and Administrative" and "Infrastructure and Production" commissions of the Assembly was presented regarding the contradictions of this inquiry with the general policies of the system.

After listening to the statements of Rezaei Kochi, the head of the Civil Commission, and Nikzad, the vice-chairman of the Islamic Council, explaining the process of approving this resolution in the legislature and the representatives of the Planning and Budget Organization and the Ministry of Petroleum, the members of the Supreme Supervisory Board presented their views on the contradictions of this resolution with the general policies of the system.

Finally, the members of the Supreme Supervisory Board considered this inquiry to be contrary to the general policies of the legislative system and the general policies of the 7th Development Plan due to the new legislation and the creation of a financial obligation beyond the resource ceiling.

At the beginning of this meeting, Kodkhodaei, head of the Secretariat of the Expediency Council, referring to the rhetoric of the American terrorist regime officials, said: Recently, the foreign minister of this criminal government, apparently under the influence of the American ambassador in Greece, uttered falsehoods and innuendos against the great civilization of Iran. However, in his speech, there was an unwanted acknowledgment of the failures of the West in the past and present.

Kadkhodaei continued addressing the leaders of the American terrorist government and said: They must answer for their countless crimes, including the killing of innocents in Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq, and the blood of children and mothers who were spilled on the ground in our Islamic land in Minab and Lamard.
