According to Khodayi, the police investigation at the scene of the crime and investigation of the obtained clues finally led to the identification and arrest of the gang members. Also, a significant part of the stolen property was discovered from the plaintiffs' house.

He added that the valuable Rolex watches in this case had been sold and the person who bought them was also arrested. However, this person did not know that the watches were stolen and after cooperating with the police, he handed over the property. The status of the stolen gold is still under investigation.

Referring to the history of one of the defendants in committing murder, Khodayi said that the robbers had firearms and cartridges with them during the robbery and used them to threaten. According to him, although there was no shooting in this robbery, due to the use of firearms, this case is classified as armed robbery.

The head of Greater Tehran Intelligence Police also announced the continuation of police measures to deal with illegal weapons and said that some of the illegal weapons, especially military weapons, are smuggled into the country and collecting these weapons is on Faraja's agenda.
