Jafari: Lack of Oversight Is the Root Cause of Administrative Deviations
Isfahan – The head of the Isfahan Province Judiciary, stressing that officials must accept the principle of accountability, said cases referred by this organization must be handled out of turn and within a maximum of three months.
According to Mehr reporter, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Asadullah Jafari, in a meeting with the managers and employees of the Inspection Organization of Isfahan Province on Monday afternoon, referring to the strategic position of the Inspection Organization of the country as one of the main pillars of the administrative health of the system, stated: the inspection organization, relying on the body of committed experts and jihadist and clean-handed managers, plays a key role in improving the performance of the executive bodies, and in Isfahan province, we are also witnessing the diligent efforts of inspectors in this direction.
Referring to the principles of management in Islam, he considered the main priority in monitoring behavior to be "self-monitoring" and added: Looking at the lives of the most successful brokers shows that their greatest asset was the constant monitoring of their behavior and speech. In the Qur'anic teachings, before monitoring the actions of others, monitoring the words, actions and even thoughts has been mentioned as the main task.
The Chief of Justice of Isfahan Province emphasized the existential philosophy of the inspection organization and stated: When speech as the smallest unit of behavior needs care, the management's performance and decisions to which people's fate is tied must be carefully monitored in the first way. Therefore, monitoring the administrative health is inevitable due to the multiplicity of devices and the variety of governance missions.
Administrative deviations are the product of resistance to supervision
Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Jafari considered the ability to be supervised as a prerequisite for accepting any responsibility in the system and said: the root of many administrative malpractices and deviations is caused by the "unobservability" of some managers. Before accepting the position, every official must accept the principle that his performance is under the watchful eyes of the inspection organization and this organization, as the penetrating eye of the system, is obliged to apply this supervision in all situations (both critical and normal).
Stating that false expediency should not prevent the implementation of the law, he added: in sensitive situations and wartime, the necessity of monitoring doubles; Because there is a possibility that someone will delay the implementation of the law or act against it under the pretext of expediency, which is not acceptable in any way.
The Chief Justice of Isfahan province, criticizing the prolongation of the process of handling some cases referred by the inspection organization to the judicial system, ordered: according to the law, the handling of the cases of this organization should be done out of turn and within a maximum period of three months; Because expediting the proceedings is necessary to achieve justice and maintain the health of the administrative system.
It is worth mentioning that, in this meeting, the needs and challenges of the inspection area of the province were discussed and appropriate decisions were taken to remove the existing obstacles.
