At the same time as National Children's Week, Tehran's Pardisan Park and open spaces in several other cities of the country saw the flying of hundreds of colorful kites carrying a specific message.

Ambassador of Arjan - Fatemeh Abbasi: The philosophy and core of this festival was a childlike solidarity; Flying kites in memory of the children of Minab tragedy and the children under fire in Gaza. Students and children who gathered in Pardisan and other parts of the country opened the reels to show that childhood, peace and security are the rights of all children in the world and the memory of their peers in Minab and Gaza will not be forgotten.

The strong presence of families and teachers with the children, the walk-in workshops of making and adjusting kites and the challenge of controlling the wind kept the pulse of the program fast for hours. A festival that on the surface was an energetic competition to fly hand-made structures, but in its heart, it aligned the new generation around a collective concept - the right to play and safety for all children.

The following visual report narrates the pure moments of this event; From the moment of tying the threads and starting running of the children on the hills, to looking at the sky. Direct and live frames from the day when the happiness of Iranian children was connected with the memory and sympathy for the children of Gaza and Minab.
