Golestan governor's economic affairs coordinator Gorgan said: By removing unnecessary obstacles and administrative bureaucracy, we should not allow investors to flee from the province and transfer their funds to other regions.
According to Mehr reporter, Abdul Ali Kian Mehr, in a conversation with reporters on Saturday afternoon, referring to the need to strengthen Golestan's economic infrastructure, said: Although agriculture is one of the main capacities of the province, to increase added value and economic prosperity, we must also prioritize industrial and commercial development.
He added: Considering the prevailing conditions in the agricultural sector and the effect of mandated pricing on the activities of this field, the development of trade and the use of other economic capacities can help to increase added value and create new economic opportunities.
Emphasizing the role of investment security in attracting economic activists, the deputy economic affairs coordinator of Golestan Governor said: To enter an area, an investor needs security, stability of decision-making and assurance of the possibility of implementing his plan; Therefore, when a project faces many objections and disagreements, the investor may give up on continuing the activity and transfer his capital to another area.
Referring to the investment capacities in the coastal areas of Mazandaran, Kian Mehr pointed out that conditions should be provided in Golestan so that investors can confidently enter the economic arena and not face unnecessary obstacles for the implementation of their plans.
Stating that investment is not done only for the purpose of making profit, he said: In addition to economic benefits, some people seek to create employment and provide work opportunities for others. Hence, supporting such people can contribute to economic prosperity and expansion of employment in the province.
Golestan governor's deputy economic affairs coordinator continued: In the conditions of economic war and sanctions, more than ever, we need to preserve existing funds and support economic activists. We should not make unnecessary decisions, erosive disagreements, or create worries, to provide the basis for the capital's departure from the province.
Emphasizing that investors have various options to choose their place of activity, Kian-Mehr stated: An investor is not necessarily dependent on a region to continue economic activity, and if suitable conditions are not provided, he can use his capital in another region or country; Therefore, the managers' duty is to strengthen the presence and activity of investors in Golestan by providing a suitable platform.
He considered reducing administrative bureaucracy to be one of the necessities of improving the business environment and added: Investors should not wander among different executive bodies to do their business. Instead of complicating the processes, the responsible institutions should act to speed things up and remove the obstacles facing the economic actors.
Golestan governor's deputy for economic affairs coordination emphasized: the duty of managers is to set up people's work and facilitate investment processes, and the necessary preparations for the investor's economic activity must be made before the investor's entry, so that the implementation of projects does not involve preventable obstacles.
Pointing to Golestan Governor's support for the province's economic development programs, Kian Mehr said: "The province's management group is seeking to create positive developments in the field of investment, and in this direction, timely decision-making, coordination between institutions and facilitation of affairs can provide the basis for the implementation of economic projects."
Emphasizing the necessity of taking a responsible look at the administration of the province, he stated: the purpose of these measures is not to secure personal interests; Rather, every person who takes responsibility should try to solve people's problems, facilitate affairs and provide the economic development of the province.
