Raisi: The parliament is constantly removing obstacles and supporting tourism activists in war conditions

Qom - The representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Council, announcing his readiness to pursue the demands of tourism industry activists, emphasized the use of legislative and regulatory capacities of the parliament to remove obstacles and support this sector.

According to Mehr reporter, Mohammad Manan Raisi on Tuesday evening in the group of tourism industry activists, referring to the difficult conditions of the country and the pressures caused by the war on various economic sectors, emphasized his readiness to follow up the issues and problems of the activists of this industry in the Islamic Council and said: despite the difficult conditions that have been imposed on the country and the people, we will take every step in our power to support the tourism activists.

Referring to the capacities of the Islamic Council in the field of legislation and supervision, he added: tourism industry activists can present their issues, problems and proposals in the form of expert packages to provide the basis for pursuing these demands in the parliament.

The representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Council, emphasizing the need to take advantage of the expert views of activists in this area, said: I believe that no one is better acquainted with the various dimensions of this industry, its capacities, weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats than those who work in the tourism industry, and for this reason, the formulation of reform proposals by the activists themselves can be a suitable basis for pursuing the issues of this sector.

Raisi continued: If the tourism activists prepare a specific package of proposals and solutions needed by this industry, I am ready to follow up on the issues raised in the parliament so that it is possible to deal with some of the problems in this area in the remaining time of the 12th parliament.

Referring to the importance of the parliament's role in amending the laws and regulations related to economic activities, he clarified: using the legislative capacity to remove obstacles and improve the working conditions in the tourism industry is one of the ways through which the demands of this field can be pursued.

The representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Council, emphasizing that the support of tourism activists is not limited to the approval of laws, pointed out the necessity of monitoring the implementation of the laws and said: sometimes effective laws are approved, but they are not fully implemented in the implementation stage, and this issue can prevent the realization of the anticipated goals.

Raisi added: Tourism activists and people who have concerns in this field can submit their reports about implementation problems, existing obstacles and cases that require monitoring, so that these issues can be followed within the framework of the parliament's duties.

He pointed out: If a report is submitted by the activists of this industry about the non-implementation or incomplete implementation of laws and regulations, I am ready to follow up on the matter using the supervisory capacity of the parliament so as to resolve the existing problems as much as possible.

Referring to the effects of war conditions on economic and tourism activists, this member of parliament said: In a situation where the country is facing difficulties caused by war, it is necessary to use the available capacities to reduce the pressure on the activists of this industry and to provide the basis for improving their conditions as much as possible.

Stating that supporting tourism activists at this stage requires accompanying and following up on their specialized demands, Raisi expressed hope that by providing expert suggestions and using the legislative and regulatory capacities of the parliament, some of the problems in this area can be reduced.

We go through difficult situations with empathy

In another part of his speech, the representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Council, referring to the wars imposed on the country, including the 12-day war and the Ramadan war, said: "The Iranian nation has faced difficult ups and downs in recent years, and the current situation is one of those times that need empathy, companionship and unity to overcome."

Pointing out that the recent war has also created unfavorable conditions for some parts of the society and economic activists, Raeesi added: "We hope that by pursuing the demands and using the existing capacities, we will be able to reduce some of the pressures on the tourism industry activists and be a relief to their problems."

Emphasizing the necessity of maintaining hope and national unity, he said: Iranian people have faced many difficulties and ups and downs throughout history and have passed through difficult stages by relying on their abilities.

The representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Council expressed his hope that the country will overcome the current situation by relying on God Almighty and continuing the solidarity and unity of the people, and Islamic Iran will establish its rightful position in various fields.
